Really great experience today -- 1st service (6k) for new Outback. Was greeted promptly, verified the work to be done (and cost), asked if any other concerns and did I want a car wash! Then I enjoyed the Outback. Was greeted promptly, verified the work to be done (and cost), asked if any other concerns and did I want a car wash! Then I enjoyed the customer waiting area -- tea and snacks in comfortable chairs. Went over the paperwork after service was complete, then waited for a very, very clean car to be brought out front!! Even vacuumed!! I was there about two hours. The professionalism of the staff was something to be proud of! No weird conversations or comments to be overheard, just great people at a well run business. I'm not easily impressed, but today exceeded expectations! Even though I live 3 miles from another Subaru dealership, I will come to NP Subaru as long as I have this vehicle. I hope their staff knows they are doing really good work.. More
