Positive experience with Anthony and Alex in sales, inexcusably awful repeated experience with service and parts departments. Within two months of purchasing new outback touring with several add-ons inexcusably awful repeated experience with service and parts departments. Within two months of purchasing new outback touring with several add-ons, the driver side door weather stripping had started to become loose and freely hang. Additionally the rear mudguard was installed with a slight bend defect, causing it to repeatedly brush and catch against tire and shred within same time frame. Perfection not expected but Service and Parts departments are incapable of communicating with each other or quality checking work; as per Service, I could only schedule a service appointment after I verified with Parts that item had arrived, and no one was capable of calling or emailing at any point in the process (including the manager, Liz). To keep this review reasonably short, it took three separate visits (2 failed "fixes"), repeated calls to determine part status and scheduling, and over 6 hours of personal time at dealership to replace and attach the weather stripping under warranty and be quoted 140$ to replace a 60$(!) sheet of rubber, which to my surprise was never offered as a courtesy to make up for the appalling customer service and repeated wasted time. Unfortunately not an isolated incident. Within same two month timeframe, was provided zero communication regarding part placed on backorder when vehicle was purchased, and complimentary 25$ gas gift card for sitting with representative to review features wasn't even loaded. Wouldn't trust this team with routine maintenance let alone real vehicle work, and will pursue alternative competent Subaru dealership or independent mechanic in the future. More
I called at 8:51 am on Thursday and spoke to someone and asked for an advisor. She said that she could not get a hold of anyone so she took my name and number. At 11:25 no one has called. I called again and asked for an advisor. She said that she could not get a hold of anyone so she took my name and number. At 11:25 no one has called. I called again and she did not even apologize just said she will transfer. I gave them another chance after a bad experience last year. No more. More
My most recent Outback Wilderness purchase was my 4th Subaru purchase from North Park Subaru at Dominion in the last couple years! My salesperson is the best, Michael Jimenez, and I have referred anothe Subaru purchase from North Park Subaru at Dominion in the last couple years! In for 18k checkup. While on vacation, got nail in right front tire. Had to replace with 2nd hand to get me home [4000 mi]. As expected, it did need replacing. Since AWD While on vacation, got nail in right front tire. Had to replace with 2nd hand to get me home [4000 mi]. As expected, it did need replacing. Since AWD, replaced both front tires. Options were well explained. They thoroughly checked under carriage to ensure no issues with off road driving. Loved the video that they provide of their car inspection. All staff courteous and professional. Will continue to rely on them for service. Love the Subaru. More
