On Saturday February 4th I visited the North Park Lexus dealership in San Juan TX. The reason I visited this deal was to possible purchase a used car. I was assisted by Malik Awan a cerified sales and le dealership in San Juan TX. The reason I visited this deal was to possible purchase a used car. I was assisted by Malik Awan a cerified sales and leasing consultant employed by the dealership. I had a number of questions related to the specific vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Awan was exceptional helpful in assisting obtain the answers to the questions I had. Eventhough the vehicle I was looking at was not a Lexus M. Awan was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He was very helpful in my conducting a complete inspection of the vehicle and we took the vehicle for a test drive. Mr. Awan explained the key aspects of the inspection completed by the dealership mechanics and why the vehicle was advertised "AS IS" on the dealership website. While I declined to purchase the vehicle I was impressed with the customer service provided by Mr. Awan. If the opportunity arises to purchase a new vehicle in the future North Park Dealerships will be on the top of the list for consideration. Thanks to Mr. Awan patience and professionalism he made my 500 mile round trip pleasurable. More

I bought my first Lexus back in 2015 with Nikki Sample, she made the process very easy and we completed everything prior to my arrival so all I had to do was sign and drive away.
