We went on a Saturday, late morning and we were out of there (with lunch)! by mid afternoon (paperwork signed)...just waiting for tint and special coating to be applied to interior and exterior...Went home took a nap and picked up new car by 615! Ren was great too; he worked his magic to get us best Lexus incentives and rates. Gregory and Ren turned my opinion of car shopping from a dreadful experience into a positive one.
