I purchased a used Toyota Camry from North Park Lexus. It was clearly not a big money maker for them and yet they treated me as if I'd purchased a top-of-the-line Lexus. Not only did they take my concern seriously, but they sent a driver to Austin to bring me a loaner and take my car back to San Antonio to address the issue. North Park went above and beyond to not only solve the problem but to even enhance the car!
