Outstanding experience, second to none! On Thursday 8-31-2023, I found a car on the North Park Lexus website that I really liked. I put in an inquiry that night and was contacted early the next day. My salesperson, Brittany Schafer, was on top of the deal and delightful to work with. The price was great, actually below rated value per the 2 major USA vehicle pricing experts. Living 100 miles away from the dealership created a problem for me, plus, a busy Labor Day weekend was at hand. As I would typically never purchase a vehicle "sight unseen", I felt so comfortable with Brittany and her team that I actually did just that. The finance team made things easy on that end but there was still the problem of getting the car 100 miles north, no problem for this outfit! On the day after Labor Day, they had the car delivered to me personally by their delivery specialist, a retired USAF colonel.....no less! He was also a closing agent for the dealership........ professional, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. Delivered right to my garage door, the vehicle was everything as advertised and more. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend North Park Lexus of San Antonio for any vehicle purchase you might be pondering. I'm 68 and have purchased many cars, trucks, and vans, for both personal & business needs, over many years. This was the best purchase experience that I've ever had.......bar none! Mark Miller More
