I decided to reach back out to Nikki to inquire about a couple of Lexus NX 350 F Sports on their website. She responded rather quickly to let me know that they were available and provided me with the information I needed. I was amazed that she had kept my contact information as well as providing me the needed information about the vehicles so transparently. I let her know that we were on our way to the dealership that same day. When my family and I arrived at the North Park Lexus dealership, we were greeted by the concierges with such friendly smiles and the most courteous service! Nikki took her time in answering all of our questions, not once pressuring us, and got us quickly to Taylor. Taylor, Finance & Insurance Manager, was absolutely a joy and helped make the finance process with our bank seamless. Austin, Lexus Technology Specialist, was so nice from the beginning! He was so helpful and really well knowledgeable of the vehicle. Nikki, Taylor, and Austin made this the most stress-free car-buying experience that we’ve had since looking to buy a new car. Each of them were genuinely happy for us!
