Simply OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I was buying a CPO 2019 ES350 on behalf of my parents. I dealt with David Cantu at 10am, and by 2pm we had finalized the deal on the car. He was honest and upfront about the car, quick to respond, happy to send more pictures, gave us a small discount on the listed price, and was just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. My parents live in Houston, but he offered to have someone drive the car from San Antonio and deliver it to my parents' driveway! I asked him to put a big red bow on the car, as it was a birthday present for my mom. He was happy to oblige and my mom absolutely loved the touch as the car drove up. They cleaned the car, filled it up with gas upon arriving to Houston, and even agreed to have the local dealer touch up a tiny scratch. Cecilia was the lady who delivered the car to my parents and my parents couldn't stop raving about her. She was very professional, patient, and helped my elderly parents setup their phones in the car. This is by far the best dealership experience I've ever had, and the car wasn't even for me. All dealerships should strive to deliver customer service the way David and Cecilia did for us. My hats off to them! Thank you for looking after my parents! More

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH DWAYNE SANDERS THE REGIONAL MANAGER! I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF RESPECT, PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY THAT WAS DEMONSTRATED TODAY AND EVERY SINGLE TIME I DEAL WITH THEM! Can sell cars that are unavailable to test drive Set up an appointment to test drive a car on the lot, when we showed up we were informed that we could not test drive the car due to a dead battery bu Set up an appointment to test drive a car on the lot, when we showed up we were informed that we could not test drive the car due to a dead battery but could look at it. (They refused to jump it for a test drive because it was a manual transmission). I was reached out to about my inquiry ~930am and sent to the dealer ~2. Once we were there we were told that the car could not be driven and were then given about a dozen other vehicles that were available. Total waste of our time, I will never go back to this dealer.
