We live In Richmond and when we arrived the vehicle is already in the front ready for us as per conversation with Nikki. My wife loved the exterior, but the white interior she did not like. Then Josh gave us a lower rate and he did not force us to get any additional extended warranty which is a plus for us. I am very impressed with the professionalism of these two!
