My wife car wouldn't start with only 3866 miles. I contacted our original salesperson, Braden Stanley and he connected me to the Service Department. I was able to bring the vehicle in immediately. After the initial troubleshooting, it was agreed that they would keep the vehicle overnight. The battery was replaced and they did the 5k complimentary service. I need my loquacious side to put this experience into words. Walking into North Park Lexus is a swanky, posh experience. It says, “I’ve arrived.” Don’t be intimidated by the amenities because The Dr words. Walking into North Park Lexus is a swanky, posh experience. It says, “I’ve arrived.” Don’t be intimidated by the amenities because The Dream Team (Tiffany | Dan | Andrew | Ruby) are humble, gracious, thoughtful, and patient. To say the customer service at North Park is impeccable sounds subpar. It was beyond impressive from the test drive to the big red bow to the swag wine basket. The drive was like butter. It was so smooth even in the bumpy roads of SA. It was like basking in an exquisite meal, or giving into temptation of wanting a new vehicle, and realizing it’s everything you hoped it would be. I was feeling a bit apprehensive about leasing, mostly because I’d never done it before, and the technology was like a sensory overload. Dan thoroughly walked me through all of the tech, and encouraged me to be hands on as we went along. Andrew explained the services and protection, and didn’t rush me through the process, when I asked questions. Tiffany’s humility in making sure no detail went unnoticed made me feel so special in what has been a really tough year for multiple reasons. She also patiently let me explore a variety of interiors more than once. She’s expecting a baby, but she never missed an opportunity to be kind not just to me but others waiting to see her. I could see her smile behind her mask the whole time, wanting it to be something I would be happy with in the end. And Ruby!!! What can I say about Ruby that those who know her don’t already know. She has a way about her that makes you feel like no one exists but you in her presence, leaving you feeling important and cared about. I have to give her xxxxxxtoo because she knew exactly what I wanted before I did. Thank you doesn’t suffice.
