Robert Munoz was our personal salesman. We loved him from the start. He answered ALL our questions. We started out in the GX, but found the ride,comfort of the RX more to our liking. I inherited my mother in law’s 2004 ES300 after she passed. It had less than 50,000 miles on it, but she had done minimal maintenance on it, change oil and batteries. When I got it, I changed all the f passed. It had less than 50,000 miles on it, but she had done minimal maintenance on it, change oil and batteries. When I got it, I changed all the fluids, filters, and tires and got it running nice. After 6000 miles, I brought it in for an oil change. After a thorough inspection by North Parks mechanic and video tour. The car because of it’s age required rear transmission gasket replacement due to leakage, engine mounts, and leaking power steering pump. I later had to return to North Park Lexus because the check engine light went on, but the car was running smoothly without problems. So the North Park Lexus thoroughly checked the car and found that the gas cap was bad, the battery had a bad cell, and a hose had some cracks in it and was replaced. The battery was under warranty and was replaced and gas cap was replaced. Now the ES 300 is running like a new car. Thanks Laurel and the North Park Lexus service team! More
