Oil change, tire rotation and secure Bad experience at this dealership today! I had an appointment to bring my 2009 Dodge Ram in for basic service... Oil change, tire rotation and secure a loose emergency brake cable. The service departure there is very good, but when I pulled in the parking lot, there was no where to park near the service area... I checked in with Sandy, an AWESOME service manager! She took my truck right in. Because my truck is almost 12 years old now, I'm considering a new purchase. I took a walk back to the sales area and approached the first salesperson I saw. I explained that I was in the market for a new Dodge Ram and that I was curious about the cost and the financing for a new vehicle. I was shocked when the salesperson responded with, "I don't know" to both questions. I left my name and number even though she didn't even request my information. I can only assume that I won't receive a call bwith any information in regard to purchasing a new vehicle from the sales woman. I was hoping to be a return customer to this dealership. I purchased my current truck from them in 2009 when they were located in Strongsville, Ohio. The salesman, Chris Weber, was outstanding! Friendly, informative and worked very hard to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I was interested in, the right financing and a great price. Chris Weber is no longer employed at this dealership, and the sales people don't seem particularly interested in talking to customers in person. As a potential return customer, I really didn't appreciate "I don't know" and no attempt to ask a manager or anyone else. The sales department there acts like they only want to do business sight unseen over a computer and a telephone. That's not how I buy a vehicle! Rant over. I hope the next potential customer receives better attention. Today was definitely not worthy of a 4 or 5 star dealership. Mark Musca More
Hands down, the best Dealership Experience I have ever had. Rick Suhar was amazing! I went in having an idea of what I wanted to spend and what worked with my budget. Rick was extremely willing to listen and worked with me the entire time. At no point did he attempt to pressure me into anything. He was attentive to our needs and was able to work out everything for my wife and I. Also, Walter Kriz in Financing was also just as amazing. We hit a slight snag with our Trade-In-Title, but he was willing to work with us and be flexible to close the deal. I walked in expecting to be hassled with the stereotypical dealership tactics, but was delighted to be proven 100% wrong. The North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Team is truly an amazing group of people. 10 out 10 would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a new (or new to you) vehicle. More

Contacted the dealership with the interest to make a deal that would put me in a new vehicle, while trading in an old one, by the end of the month. Submitted a contact - no answer. Put on in on another, more expensive vehicle, and finally received a response. Was able to talk to a rep, Renee, and she said I was "hard to get a hold of," though the documented truth was I was trying to call, email, and text her back with no response for two weeks. After talking to her on the phone, she said she'd get back to me in one, maybe two days, with an offer and what to do to move forward. It is now two and a half weeks later and I have heard nothing. I wanted to move forward with NOJDR, but ended up elsewhere to get my vehicle. More
Find a dealership that respects your business Kept our appt. to test drive a jeep that they had on the lot. After a 15 min wait he gets the transport car unblocked and we are on our way to overflow lot (15 -20 min away)to test drive car. With key fob in hand we spend 20-25 min going up and down rows pressing fob to find car. No luck , back to dealership and use same technique to find car and again no luck -15 min wasted. We leave amazed at the lack of respect towards a customer with an appt. ready to buy. Took our business to another dealer. More
Lost a future customer. I addressed the situation but my wife wanted and needed a car so I got it anyway but I WILL NEVER do business with them again (i planned on buying a ram 1500 until after this process) seemed like they were tryna make a extra few bucks bc none could give me a straight answer on how this happened or could happen.... I've bought cars before and it never changed my credit in the process of financing only changed it after car was bought On a positive note the salesman were all friendly but I dont like fake or sly stuff last min More

Waste of Time!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for 2/18/19. I made it clear what I was interested in buying before visiting the dealership. When I arrived after driving over an hour I find out the jeep that I'm interested in was not on the lot. The salesman said that the car was at their overflow lot in Strongsville and that I would not be able to look at the car that day. I was upset by this because he knew I was coming. I was then insulted by the value they gave my trade which was almost 3,000 less than what kbb said the trade value was. I left very dissatisfied with customer service at this dealership and would not recommend them. More
