I went two different Kia dealers the first one was Preston Kia in Burton Ohio they had me drive all the way over there let me take a Kia Sorento home just to call me the next day and told me to bring the car back because they couldn't help me same thing with halleen Kia in North Olmsted. Tony called me yesterday asking me if I have been assisted since I was searching online I told him no because of the situation that I was having he asked me to explain my situation to him over the phone which I did he then told me that he was going to call me back cuz he was going to talk to his people. I was at work at the time when he called me back asking me to fax him over all my documentation is because they were willing to help me I couldn't believe it yet I didn't want to put my hopes up since the two other times I had no luck but thank the Lord that Tony is a man about his business because while I was at work I faxed over everything they needed and by the time Tony came off of his lunch he called me to tell me when was I able to come pick up my car that was the happiest moment of my life but the extreme moments was when I was signing my paperwork and drove off with my 2017 Dodge Journey.
