Poor Engagement After Sale The process of the sale was fine and the salesman was rather personable. The dealership is not local to me and I drove 3 hours to get the car I wanted The process of the sale was fine and the salesman was rather personable. The dealership is not local to me and I drove 3 hours to get the car I wanted. The test drive and the usual negotiation song and dance was without issue. The problems only came up street the sale was compete. The detailing left some components missing - center caps on the wheels were stolen off the lot and the my sky bag was swaddled out to another vehicle. It took several weeks of chasing the salesman to get the center caps. And despite following up every couple weeks for the first two months, I still don't have a my sky bag. Dealership might be good if you're local. Otherwise, make sure you have everything when you leave the lot because you won't get it after the fact. More

Enjoyable experience I have leased for over 20 years, the last 2 vehicles have been Chrysler Town and Country vans. Well my lease end was nearing, and I was leaning heavil I have leased for over 20 years, the last 2 vehicles have been Chrysler Town and Country vans. Well my lease end was nearing, and I was leaning heavily toward buying a used Toyota Sienna over leasing the new Pacifica due to cost, and decided to stop at my local Chrysler dealership to validate my decision. Christian Falcetti was knowledgeable and listened to me He didn’t use hard sale tactics, and created a very pleasant, calm atmosphere (something most of us don’t expect from a car dealership). He was able to put me in a new Pacifica for $2.00 less per month than I was paying for a 2 year old Town and Country (similarly equipped). I could not be happier.
