Great deal, the best in town. I know the reputation of car salesman in our days, but for this one, it was a total different experience. Also, I got the deal that NO ONE could match for a new 2012 Toyota C car salesman in our days, but for this one, it was a total different experience. Also, I got the deal that NO ONE could match for a new 2012 Toyota Corolla S with Toyota guard and sunroof. Moreover, the process was flawless, and it was remote control, meaning, by phone and then.......they delivered the car to my business (amazing). Finally, the process took 1-hour over the phone, and the Corolla was delivered the same day. Thanks Karl Kalil More
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Salesmen (Karl Kalil, Fritz Clervil) will use dirty and rotten tactics to deceive you into purchasing a car and the manager (Yalain Regueyra) will support them in doing so. If y Clervil) will use dirty and rotten tactics to deceive you into purchasing a car and the manager (Yalain Regueyra) will support them in doing so. If you're satisfied with Lehman Toyota, I can only say that it is because you have been ripped off. NEGATIVE stars. Two ROTTEN experiences: 1. I was ready to purchase at another Toyota dealership when the salesman Karl Khalil calls and says that he can offer me a lower price on the Silver Corolla L that I want. I said good, can I have it in writing please? He did send it to me in writing, BUT unknown to me and being the sneaky deceitful salesperson that he is, he wrote in tiny print "(for Raleigh Sports Car)". Upon going to this dealership and leaving the first one and the deal that I had bargained a couple of hours for, he allows me to test drive a Silver Corolla L. Everything is fine and we go into the building to complete the paperwork. However, suddenly he says that the quote was for a Corolla Raleigh Sports Car and starts showing me pictures on his iPhone of a Corolla decked out in gold paint and red stripes like a sports car. Obviously, I realized at that moment I fell for a scam and that this scam was intentional. I spoke with Karl various times beforehand and he KNEW that I was only interested in a family car and in the phone call that I had with him before going to Lehman, he did not say anything about a Raleigh Sports Car. Sure, maybe I should have read the paper he sent me more carefully, but really, first of all, I have never heard of a Raleigh Sports Corolla before and second, I never expected to be cheated this badly. I know how car purchasing is and I expected to be cheated a little, but this is such a low ball tactic. I called the sales manager, Yalain Regueyra, but didn't have much hope that he would honor the deal either since I believe he was in on the scam as well. He didn't care to listen and his response was that "he didn't talk with me specifically on the phone so he can't be responsible". BS. A good manager knows that his employees represent him and his dealership. Then they both have the audacity to tell me that the car I want is 1k more expensive than the price I negotiated at the other dealership. I think they were hoping I would buy it because I lost the deal when I left the first dealership (thankfully I didn't so HAH. Go buy your cars at Toyota Hollywood, they're just 30 minutes further down). But even if I did lose the deal, I would not have brought it here anyhow, seeing as how I was treated. I will take my money to another dealership, even for a higher price, just so Lehman doesn't get my business. 2. The second experience was my first visit at Lehman with Karl Kalil and Fritz Clervil. They used the typical tactics, "oh no we have no more Toyota LE's available, they're all sold out", "oh we actually have one available but it is red only". Honestly, who believes that? Anyway, do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They claim to be the cheapest by "2%" but it is only false advertisement. Unless you get it in writing (but of course, from my experience, no dealership will let you walk out with a price on a paper and Lehman knows that). STAY AWAY. (Go to Toyota Hollywood 30 minutes down the road) More
I have bought several autos at Lehman toyota and allways have been satisfied. This is the first time that I am writting about my experience. Mr. Mounier great product knowledge very proffesional and able to have been satisfied. This is the first time that I am writting about my experience. Mr. Mounier great product knowledge very proffesional and able to accomodate the best deal possible. Literally I went in and out in a very short time. Mr. Monier have been like that every time that I show up sometimes for insignificant things. Customer service Keila was very proffessional very meticously with all of her explanations. Mr. Bulnes very straight forward and no nonsense. A great group of people. Thanks, Juan G Yanes More
I wanted to look for a COROLLA. Being I am a county employee and the dealership advertises "5% below invoice" to county employees. Fleet pricing. So I knowingly inquired by email on a loss leader they employee and the dealership advertises "5% below invoice" to county employees. Fleet pricing. So I knowingly inquired by email on a loss leader they were using to lure you into the lot and then sell you a more expensive model. When I get there Ino one can find Vinny so I leave my name and look around for the car on the lot. It is painted and numbered like a racing car. Finally VInny shows just as I am leaving and pawns me off the "one of his men", Tony. Tony shows me other Corollas and I pick out a base model. I go for a comfortable test ride chatting with Tony who knows everything about the car's features. I am ready to be led into the "box" to work out numbers. I have two vehicles to trade and had one of them with me. I gave all my info so they could run a credit report (750) and they took the keys to my vehicle to get an appraisal. Now I am thinking this should be a breeze. Show me the price that should be about 5% below what I think the invoice should be and tell me what you think my two cars are worth (one needs to be an estimate). Not so. It goes down hill from here, and not fast either. Almost an hour and half later I still don't have the numbers or my keys back. Instead Vinny has ben playing salesmen "head games" with me and challenging my "no, I want to get another price from another dealer." He asks me a several times to take the Corolla home and return tomorrow with a decision. Still no numbers... When I keep saying "No thanks, I want my keys back and will return tomorrow", he wants to know "Why? Don't you want to buy the car?" Then I get the "first pencil" numbers that ahow the car will cost me $20,000 plus dealer fees, taxes, title, etc. The sticker was only $20,800. I was so insulted that I didn't even dignify this offer with a response. Just want my keys so I can get out of here. I finally have to get mean and demand my keys. He then wants "just $5.00" to show his manager that I really will come back. That was the last straw. I was offended and began to hustle out of the store. Just then the Sales Manager runs into me and wants to know if everything is going OK. Vinny chimes in before I can answer and says to the manager..."He's afraid he might buy a car today." I just gave him my "you gotta be kidding" stares and resumed with my exit. The sales manager asks if he can walk out to with me. All he did was reinforce my dislike for high pressure tactics. All he did was try to get me back into the showroom. DO yourself a favor.... go somewhere else for a Toyota. (The funny thing is that I really liked the car and was ready to make a deal. Their tactics don't work on everyone... I am 65 and have bought more new cars than most of their salesmen have sold! Try a soft sale on us, it would have worked on me.) More
this dealer was horrible.i went there with my husband to get a car they told me i did not qualify and told me my credit was too horrible.but my husband just purchased a 2012 malibu from chevy so how is that get a car they told me i did not qualify and told me my credit was too horrible.but my husband just purchased a 2012 malibu from chevy so how is that possible.then i went to another dealer down the street and i walked out in a 2010 mazda.i do not know if the bank is no good but its a bad economy and toyota acts like every one is rich and thats not the case its a bad economy so you have to accomadate to the people who make the toyota dealer rich.but after this experience i will never purchase a car from toyota and i will always recomend people to mazda to buy a car because they actually want to help you into a new car not lie about your credit to get you to buy a car.thank you for wasteing 2 hours of my life. I went to have my 2 year old car serviced and decided to look around to upgrade. Mounir, who assisted me with my first purchase, could not have been better. He asked what my I wanted in a car that I did n look around to upgrade. Mounir, who assisted me with my first purchase, could not have been better. He asked what my I wanted in a car that I did not have now, my planned use, and budget. He did not try to oversell and narrowed in immediately on what I should look at. An hour or so later I left with a new car. Everyone throughout the process was extremely nice, professional, and service oriented. I think the deal I got was good and fair, and could not be happier. I call about a car that's advertised there. They say, come by it's right here. I drive over and a guy tells me it was sold. I said OK and left. Then I see it on their website again and on another car sit come by it's right here. I drive over and a guy tells me it was sold. I said OK and left. Then I see it on their website again and on another car site. I call and they say the car is there and wasn't sold. I drive by and it's gone again. Then I get email after email from them asking me when I'd like to come by and see the vehicle. I then emailed by the owner of the place. He asks if my dealings with the internet team are going OK. I tell him not exactly and asks what happened and reports to me that the car I was interested in was sold several months ago. So I'm done with them but still looking for a car. Fast forward many months-the same car, the same price, same mileage, etc is back in their ads again. They just use this car to draw people in and then try to sell them anything on the lot. Exactly what they tried to do with me. Terrible people. Find another Toyota dealer if you want any relief from the lies. More
Due to my long hours at work, I've been emailing back and forth with a few different dealers. I got a quote from Lehman Toyota in Miami, which was the best. I drove 110 miles. I test drove a similar SUV, forth with a few different dealers. I got a quote from Lehman Toyota in Miami, which was the best. I drove 110 miles. I test drove a similar SUV, but I wanted a different color. They said they can get it for me. When we sat down to put the numbers together, the number they gave me was $1500 higher. When I told the sales person that he sent me a different quote, he called the manager and he said that it was a "mistake". Also, they offer me $10638 for my car (trade in), and when they put the numbers together, they wrote $10500. I had to tell the sales person and he didn't remember but couldn't "find" the number he wrote before. They kept me waiting long minutes while they were joking around. I've never been treated so bad in a dealer before. Beware, AVOID LEHAMN TOYOTA at all cost. Don't trust them. AT the end of the day, the manager said "I'm sorry, it was a mistake. Don't you make mistakes?" I will make sure pass the word so other customers don't fall for their cheap moves. They were playing with me and this is extremely disrespectful. Just because this experience, I'm pretty sure I will end up buying something else. I never write reviews, but this time I feel the need to warn others. I hope you don't fall for their lies. More

I don't know about everyone else, but my experience was more or less what I expected. I went, drove the car, we negotiated over the price a little and i drove away with the car. I mean what else do you wan more or less what I expected. I went, drove the car, we negotiated over the price a little and i drove away with the car. I mean what else do you want when you are buying a car? If I wanted to be pampered I would have bought a Lexus or Mercedez, I bought a used Toyota. The place did look horrible, so obviously they are not making as much on you as the fancy dealers are.... More
