Sales Consultant Alain Botbol was excellent and honorable. We went over all the pricing data I had gathered on-line and from visits to other dealerships. He came back from the sales/general manager's office with an offer I couldn't refuse and I didn't. Unfortunately whomever was calling the shots from the perch that night continued to renegotiate the deal after I accepted. Alain worked extremely hard to get me the deal we just agreed to even though he probably didn't make much money from the sale. I have recommended Alain to 2 other people already. You won't be disappointed if you ask for him. Also Michelle Suchecki the Customer Relationship manager was excellent. She resolved several issues Immediately(Friday) after I picked up the car the next(Thursday) night. The car retrieved from the warehouse Thursday morning had some additional options that I didn't want. I wasn't told about them and wasn't prepared when I came in Thursday night. Michelle rectified the charges to my complete satisfaction, following up with me continuously even 14 days after the sale. The option I didn't like was TOROGUARD Elite. This is added by the SE Toyota region not Lehman or other local dealers. The dealership may disagree with me but I think it is overpriced and undervalued. It is called ELITE but towing is only for 25 miles. AAA standard is 100 miles and 200 miles for elite. 3yr maintenance is really only 2 oil changes and 2 tire rotations. The free car rentals only apply if a repair is made with a genuine Toyota part. Please remember that this is not a dealer option. The cars come to Lehman and all the other dealers this way. However that doesn't prevent you from negotiating a fair price for the regional applied option. More

Overall good experience, the truck looked as good in person as it did online. Sales rep had a good personality and good reasoning skills made the sales experience enjoyable. There was only 2 negative experience;1 was the dealer wanting to charge me $899 on top of the listed sales price for the vehicle being Toyota certified, that is something that should be included in the vehicle list price - came across as baiting. 2; I was surprised by tires on the truck, they have about 1 months wear left on them. I asked the sales guy if they normally sell used cars with tires like these, he had no comment...maybe that's why the price was lower? More
