Car was purchased from Miami Car Credit 19393 NW 2nd Ave Miami Gardens, Fl 33169 2008 Silver Dodge Caliber Buy here pay here program. The guy in the finance department explained to me that their is a no late payment policy within the first 90 days. A payment plan was drawn up to have payments automatically withdrawn from my account bi-weekly detailing date and amounts. They explained that the payment would be submitted on Tuesday but because of bank processing it may not post to my bank account for 2-3 days. On the first occurrence for the first payment the dealership called me and told me that they didn't have my card number to make the payment. I gave them my card number and asked would I penalized because of this because I gave them my card information when I bought the car. The representative told me no. Two weeks later on I got a text from the dealership saying that my vehicle will be disabled if I don't pay them. I called the dealership again and a representative said they didn't have the last 3 digits on the back of the card to process payment. Making the payment late once again. The week after I went into the dealership to give them my card information and to speak to someone in person to alleviate any discrepancies. The week after I get another call from the dealer saying the payment didnt go through and that payments are processed at 4 am in the morning and that I need to make a payment today and that their offices close at 5pm. I made a deposit on Tuesday after work because I waitress to make sure the money would be there but the offices were closed. I called and texted the offices on Wednesday to try and make a payment. I left 2 messages and sent a text message to my account rep. I ended up calling the man who sold me the car and he told me the phones where down but to call the corporate number to make a payment. I called the number and left a message but did not receive and answer after 5 at which time a representative told me they couldn't take payment from me because my account is under review because I missed my Tuesday payment and that my loan might be revoked. I called the corporate office on Thursday and spoke to a rep named Alan who told me that because I had been late on my first two payments that missing my third payment is what caused my loan to be revoked. I asked to speak to a manager to explain that the they didn't even have my card information and what happened. He told me the managers where in meetings and that someone would call me back. A lady named Charmaine called me back and told me that it had already been decided that the loan be revoked and that I needed to return the car to the dealership. More

Jenni is totally the face of this place, she was right at the door when i walked in, not expecting at all. Her welcoming smile made me feel right at home. No sales pitch, no pressure , and the best customer service experience I've ever had. She listened to every detail of what i was looking for in my next car, and with just one test drive, she nailed it. Their business hours are till 8pm, but she had no problem staying until almost 10:30 to make sure i was completely happy with my purchase, she even followed me to the gas station to put gas, and phoned me after we parted ways to make sure i was safe on my way home. Not only did i meet the best car sales person ever, i think i also made a new friend, she had contacted me twice after my purchase to find out how I'm liking it, and I am completely in love with my new car.
