Worst dealer ever!!! They advertise a price in their website for a new Santa Fe for 32,770. I contacted Randy Todd to check on availability and price. After 3 or 4 emails, he never gave me any informati website for a new Santa Fe for 32,770. I contacted Randy Todd to check on availability and price. After 3 or 4 emails, he never gave me any information. Then I called the dealership. Zach was the person who attended the phone. He said they have the car. I made an appointment. When I showed up, Zach was not in the store. Marlon, another seller took over. He showed the car. Then he came with the numbers. Oh my God, they do FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The price was like 15,000 more on what was in their website. I asked why and Marlon said that is what his boss said. I asked to speak with the manager. He came and I said that the price he gave me is not the same as the website. He said in few words it is what it is. I pointed that in they website said they have no hidden prices. THAT IS A LIE. Be careful doing business with North Freeway Hyundai. They for sure try to scam you. Find a different dealership if you can More
I bought a used car that the dealership had put brand new tires on (Hercules brand) which was not the recommended tire for my car. I have driven it less than 7,000 miles since I bought it and have had TWO MA tires on (Hercules brand) which was not the recommended tire for my car. I have driven it less than 7,000 miles since I bought it and have had TWO MAJOR TIRE FAILURES. I was told by Hercules that they always have road hazard warranty and will be replaced at no charge by them. I went to leave to go to Dallas on Saturday and my car showed my right front tire had a psi of 19. My husband aired it up and I got it to a tire shop that sells that brand. They said they could not help me and another shop listed on their website said the same thing. I then called the GM at North Freeway where I bought the car and he said “Well, what do you want me to do? Buy you 4 new tires? Because I am Not Doing That!” Now mind you, this is the SECOND TIRE THAT HAS FAILED! It was not a road hazard warranty claim. They were both BAD TIRES!!!! But will the GM lift a finger to help me and make sure that I am safe on the road?? Not a chance. He refused to do anything. Period. I would like to know how he would react if it was his 16 year old daughter in the same car and had two tires fail with very few miles put on them. Just a WARNING… I CAN NOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND A DEALERSHIP THAT TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THEY DO. Buyer Beware!!!! More

Service Department is the worst. Bought a 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy three months ago that has had a rattle in the dash from day one and that developed an oil leak about a week ago. BTW, this is Hyundai’s top of the line Santa Fe, that has a list price of ~$45,000 and is currently selling above list. I live about an hour away from the dealership and since they don’t give loaners, it was a royal pain to coordinate getting my car down there. When I dropped the car off, I told the service tech that the rattle was intermittent and said it would stop when I pressed on the instrument cluster frame, so they knew exactly where the rattle was coming from. Took my car in on Monday, then on Thursday I called to see when it was going to be ready and was told it was ready (I guess they were waiting for me to call to let me know the car was supposed to be ready). Because incompetence just seems to be common in this country today, I made sure to ask if they fixed the rattle in the dash. Did they fix the rattle? Of course not. They said they couldn’t duplicate the rattle. This, despite the fact that I told them it was intermittent and pointed out exactly where the rattle was coming from. Friday morning, the service tech left a message saying they couldn’t find the rattle and basically weren’t going to do anything. I spoke to Brandon, the Service Manager, who assured me that he, or someone else, would call me back in a couple of hours. Nine hours later at 5PM, I still had not heard back from him, or anyone else, so I called the Service Department and was put on hold for ten minutes, then transferred to someone’s voicemail. I called back two more times and was hung up on after the phone rang a dozen times. More

In todays world of high pressure, so-so knowledgeable dealers, the North Freeway Hyundai team stands out as head and shoulders above the rest - from sales, to finance, to their title department, to service. I think the track record of how many vehicles my family and our friends have bought from them over the years speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity. Its always a pleasure to do business with these guys !! And yes, I know we will be back ! More

I bought a 2021 Sonata (demo). The price discount alone exceeded my expectations but along with the very low interest rate, it kept me with a note that I was very comfortable with and a down payment wasn't exceeded my expectations but along with the very low interest rate, it kept me with a note that I was very comfortable with and a down payment wasn't necessary to meet my vehicle acquisition objective. I must say the service department sure lacks proper training in handling special situations. I took my 2020 Palisade in there Tuesday morning to get my Auto Butler reapplication and my tire pressure se training in handling special situations. I took my 2020 Palisade in there Tuesday morning to get my Auto Butler reapplication and my tire pressure sensors checked because they were not working. The next day they said that there is a 70 page instructions on this issue and they will not have it done by the end of the day. The next day they put me in a loaner in the am and said it should be ready later in the day. Slose to closing I called and they said they were only on step 14 of the instructions and will not have it done till tomorrow. It was not ready at all Thursday and here it is Friday at 2pm and they just told me they don't know when they will be done because they are short handed. The technician would have to drive it home for the night and bring it back the next day or whenever his next scheduled work day is. So, when they gave.me the loaner they told me that no pets.are to be in the car. I just got off the phone with Brandon who said they can not let me have a comparable car so I and.my dogs can get back to Chorpus Christie to my wife. He finally said I can take my dogs, great. I also told him that the loaner car is not as good on gas that I will be submitting a gas bill. He said that won't happen. I suggest if you need a flat tire fixed they may be able to do that but anything else, take it to Conroe or another dealer. More
Wife bought a Tucson and I asked about a cargo cover and the salesman told me he would take care of it. This did not happen on the day of the sale and told me to come back, I was in the area on a Saturday a the salesman told me he would take care of it. This did not happen on the day of the sale and told me to come back, I was in the area on a Saturday and was now told no one was there so he could not get one, come back in a few days and call before you come in. I called the following week was put on hold and transferred and whoever answered the phone hung up on me when I told them who I was looking for. Drove to the dealership and the salesman disappeared for a little while and pulled another Tucson around and asked where our Tucson was, My wife has it at work. He stated he needed the car to make sure it fit, told him they are all the same but refused to give me the cargo cover and we needed to bring the car in. My wife called and said we would be stopping by in a couple of days and he was on vacation and no one else knew anything about it. Another salesman left a message on his desk and we have not heard back at all. On top of this the dealership wants you to fill out a survey to get your windows tinted. We have purchased 3 other Hyundais from another dealership and they tinted the windows for free on all of them no questions asked. More
