This dealership's maintenance prices have gone thru the roof. Replacement of two blinker light bulbs was close to $300. 8 new sparkplugs was $770!!! This for a 7 year old car. Looked at a NEW Hyundai. Wanted to purchase the vehicle but they put an additional 4,000.00 "market adjustment" on top of the MRSP value. We asked why they said because they can get they can. Needless to say we left. Went to another dealer STEELE HYUNDAI in New Braunfels and was able to buy the exact same vehicle same color make model for sticker price not a penny more saved us 4000 by calling around- DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GETTING RIPPED OFF. North Freeway Hyundai is a joke and a rip off! More
Stopped going to this dealership for service. Having an appointment each time I arrived, two of those times the computer was "down " with no idea when it would be "up". The third time I arrived at my appointment I inquired how long I would have to wait before they would get to my car and was told 45 minutes to an hour. I told them I had scheduled an appointment and they said it didn't matter. I ask why they had "appointments" and know one could give me an answer. This time I needed extened warranty work done and inquired about it. I'm still waiting for a return call 48 hours later. I knew I should have bought another Toyota. When the parts did not arrive on time to repair my Equus, Brandon in Service called ! ***** FIVE STAR efforts from a ***** FIVE STAR service team!! When the parts did not arrive on time to repair my Equus, Brandon in Service called to let me know about the delay and Norma then extended the time I could keep the loaner vehicle. Tim kept me posted about the progress on my car and could not have been more professional, courteous and helpful! As I live a long distance from North Freeway Hyundai, Norma went above and beyond by meeting me halfway to deliver my car back to me and pick up the loaner they had given me to drive. This is just one of the many reasons my family and I continue to buy cars from North Freeway Hyundai and bring them back there to get serviced as we have done for almost 15 years now! THANK YOU again for EVERYTHING and keep up the GREAT work !!! More

North Freeway Hyundai is among one of the worst I have experienced. First off, I was not given a walk through on the vehicle I was interested in. Then I was given an initial price that was thousands of dollars over the internet price that I inquired about. This was their first attempt to take my money. After we came to an agreement on a price, I was sent the sign with the finance manager. This is usually where they explain each document, what it means, and confirm that all of the information is correct. That was not my experience at all. I was told "you sign everything highlighted in orange and your wife will sign the blue." That is all of the information we were given. It was like we were an inconvenience to him. It's been over a week now and we are still fighting over the price of the vehicle because they refuse to pay the bank the correct amount. This has been a terrible experience and is not going to cost me more time and money than I expected. More
My experience was wonderful. Normally I hate coming to any dealership, but the two gentlemen that helped me were outstanding. I wanted to test drive a couple options which he had but the parking lot was getting pretty bare due to the shortage we are going through. Did I mention this was supposedly the worst time to buy a car in like 30 years. So I was worried the price was going to be too much. My car was older, and I didn't trust it as much anymore that's why I was looking to buy. So after seeing and test driving the demo, which was all they had left for Sonatas, and it was the limited model we talked price. It was more than I wanted, so I asked him to work with me and he did, he actually got it to a reasonable price. Jeff was very nice, professional and took care of me when I came back for a small issue with the worm gear which is in the steering column. Now for Zachary Sckittone, he assisted me as well the entire time of closing and even weeks later. Whenever I had a question I texted him and he responded quickly and got me the answers I needed. Even weeks later if I had a specific question he was there and fast. Nowhere else would have that kind of service. Zach really made this an easy and enjoyable experience. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have bought a car that day, and I will continue to come back because of them. More

This dealership’s service dept is horrible! North Freeway Hyundai initially provided the #1 best sales experience I have ever had. So good I bought (2) cars a week apart. However, the service department is as bad, as the sales department is good. It’s the absolute worst! No attention to detail. No communication skills. No leadership. Just excuses! Highly recommend you take your car elsewhere . Or do like I’m doing and get rid of your Hyundai vehicles. Selling a Pallisade and Kona if you’re interested! ** Also, if you’re wondering why North Freeway Hyundai has such a high rating, it’s because they Bribe their customers by offering free oil change/services for a 5-Star Rating!** More

Within a few minutes of filing my first review on another site which rate the service group highly, I believe that this site’s rating is more inline with our experience. Mia (service advisor) contacted me to state that she was out on Tuesday the 12th therefore she could not respond to my message. Needless to say this is rubbish since she had ample opportunity to call on other days. Regardless, she called again to advise me that no rental/loaner vehicle are available. Furthermore, the transmission (to replace, under warranty) will be available this week. She was suppose to call again at 10am with additional information. As you may have expected, she didn’t call. Nor did the North Houston Hyundai service manager who was told of my case and is in possession of my voice mail. I expect corporate Hyundai to contact us this week. Although the dealer claims that there no available loaner for us, we were told by Hyundai to retain all rental receipt, even if not from the dealership, and submit them in due time. More
