My salesperson spoke with me in advance of my coming to the deale I wish all of my previous car buying experiences had been as great as this one was. My salesperson spoke with me in advance of my coming to the dealership, after explaining to him that I was not able to reach a deal at another Hyundai dealership. I told him specifically what I was looking for, asked him to check his inventory and let me know if my goal was attainable. Within 30 minutes, I had a call back with several options meeting my criteria. Honestly, the hardest part of the transaction was deciding what color vehicle I wanted to buy! My salesperson was personable, able to answer all of my product/feature questions, spent plenty of time with me and ensured I was not rushed. I felt like my patronage was important to him, which is very important to me when I'm making a large purchase.
