I dropped off my car for service on May 18th. Today is October 28th and I still do not have my car back. The service manager BRANDON BURRIS tells me every week that it will be ready the following Today is October 28th and I still do not have my car back. He finally gave me the name and phone number of the fixed ops director named TIM SHIPE and we called him but TIM SHIPE does not care enough to return a phone call. I seriously regret taking my car here FIVE MONTHS AGO. At this point I don't know what has happened with my car or if they even still have it. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service department ever plus, even the service director and owner will NOT return emails, text messages or phone messages. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata has KNOWN oil consumption issues which they claim to be resolved, but they are not. I've been stranded on the side of the rode, checked my oil in front of the tow truck driver and it registered NO oil, yet the Brandon Burris lied and told me it was a fuel filter issue and that they only had to add a little oil. Now, again, my car is below low on oil and I still have 500 miles to go before I'm due for an oil change. No one will return my calls! Idiots! More

If I could give them 0 stars for a rating, that would be perfect as that is what they deserve. I found out 1 of the keys were not programmed ever, it was in the packet with the docs. I travelled from Austin to Springs, TX to buy from this dealer. So obviously they do not inspect the cars very good for pre-delivery. The Austin dealer charged me $273.88 to program the fob, North Freeway said they would reimburse me, hah! They will not answer or return my calls. So I contacted Hyundai directly to file a complaint. My next step is a billboard or 2 to let consumers know what kind of shady dealership this is. Billboards are a business expense (Schedule C - Advertising) to me so I do not care! More
This is my 5th Hyundai and will be my last strictly because of service. 4 out of my 5 Hyundai have been purchased from this family of dealerships but this is my last. I love my car but dealing with this service department is brutal. They are always trying to sell me additional services not under warranty that I do not need. I have been trying to get reimbursed for 3 months for a rental car while my 2020 Palisade had the water pump replaced at 45,000 miles and because the work order still states "Pre Invoice" I cannot get reimbursed. The dealership says they cannot change that. Ugh! More
