9-18-2017 - Update I must admit that I had some significant challenges with this dealership and certain personnel during and just after I purchased my 2017 Genesis Ultimate >>however<< after one semi frustrated phone call to Danyelle, the customer service manager for North freeway Hyundai, a hurricane of positive proactive things began to happen including some additional training for some personnel on what this dealership expects when it comes to the customer experience. No excuses given, just a sincere apology. After working with Danyelle I must say that although I did not get that initial excellent customer experience right after my purchase, it is clear to me that the management, owner and customer service department expect excellence as it relates to the total customer experience. I must say the dealer is bending over backward to make up for my original challenges doing everything they can to make up for my frustration. It is a very nice feeling to know that I will be able to depend upon them to help me and service the vehicle I purchased. I also know that they are very serious about correcting the challenges I went through to ensure that no other customers experience what I did in the future. It takes real guts to admit flaws and actually then do something about them. I believe they are serious about customer service excellence or I would not have written this; and NO they did not pay me or offer me anything free to alter my original customer review which was downright dreadful. I look forward to learning more about the Genesis I just purchased and its functions and the various cool Genesis services.
