The GM Marty Babineau not only offered to pay for the service but also offered to have it done at a local Subaru shop near me since I live about an hour away from them. Another Manager, Jesse Manning, made a few phone calls and my light was fixed 2 days later. I'm shocked at the response and never expected the royal treatment but that is what I got. Big round of applause for these guys. They run a great business! They have my business for life! Thank you ..thank you! More

remote control issue Had an issue with my alarm system.. Remotes not working and alarm kept going off. Both remotes. Called and got prices of remotes (expensive). Came in an was expecting to pay a couple of hundred of dollars and Rick in Subaru Service suggested to try the batteries first. Didn't know they had them. Battery's in both remotes needed replacement..Rick replaced them and tested them for me. On my way in 15 minutes and under 20 bucks. Thanks Rick More
