Charles, I am Patrick Rogers, I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had while purchasing your car. It's clear that there were several miscommunications and delays, and I completely understand how upsetting this must have been for you. You are right that Saturday when you came in it should have been a test drive, go over the numbers to confirm what was gone over the night before with you over the phone then in to do your paperwork, all in total an hour and a half maybe two but not three. We do business with customers all over New England and because of resources at our disposal we are only able to do one out of state delivery at a time and ideally we should have been able to deliver your vehicle the following week where openings if any presented themselves. We do utilize AI technology and have for some time but it can only have contextual responses. It surmised based on Naf's last text ending with "We will see you Saturday" that Saturday was going to be a delivery date since that was in the body of the last message. The AI should have been shut off to not further confuse the situation but we failed to do that and caused more harm than we ever intended. We do calculate the state sales tax according to your state's current rates and policies on taxable items which is by calculating the sales price plus the doc fee and warranty at the 6.35% which equalled the amount used on your paperwork. I understand the frustration receiving that phone call and it almost equals the dread we feel having to make that call. Your feedback is important and brings to light areas of improvement that we must continue to work on. Again my sincerest apologies and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I would love for you to listen to the call with Mario and tell me that it was handled properly. You have my permission to share the call because I think it would show the attitude and aggressiveness I was met with. Not only did you guys drop off the car with 1/4 tank of gas but the passenger side tire has had a slow leak since I got the vehicle. I brought it in to get fixed or get new tires and they told me these arent the correct size tires for this vehicle and I shouldnt be using them. I looked online and sure enough every single website selling tires says the ones you have on my car are incapatable. This experience just keeps getting worse. And to boot Naf's still sending me automated emails even after Ive told him to stop multiple times and that it would only lead to me posting my negative reviews in multiple additional sites.
