I purchased a vehicle at North End Motors in the beginning of July, 2024. The vehicle was missing an engine cover. I was told they would get one for the vehicle. After 3 weeks I followed up to se beginning of July, 2024. The vehicle was missing an engine cover. I was told they would get one for the vehicle. After 3 weeks I followed up to see the whereabouts of the cover. I was told, "we'll check". Nobody got back to me. I called again, "oh, sorry, that order got cancelled by the supplier, we'll order you a cover from somewhere else". This experience got repeated three times. Finally, on November 6, (four months later), I gave the dealership 3 suppliers with the part and the part number. Three days later, the dealership called me, the part was in. The part cost $100 (New), not extremely expensive. I went to pick up the part, it was a used part with scratches and was very dirty. When I got home, I realized they ordered the wrong part, I GAVE THEM THE PART NUMBER! I write this review to let everyone know, make sure you are getting what you're supposed to before you buy the car, like most used car dealers, once they make the sale and you drive away, the dealer doesn't care. Nobody in Management ever called me to try and make things right. My salesman was very good (of course, they sell the car), but after that, North End Motors is no different than the majority of used car dealers, THEY REALLY DON'T CARE. I'll give the dealership 1 star for the salesman, he did his job. More
