I found North End Motors while looking for a car for my mom. We ended up buying the car, a 2005 Acura RL, and have been very happy with it since. The salesmen we have delt with have been friendly but not pushy. This makes the buying experience much more relaxing than other times we have bought vehicles. Our salesman for the RL, Jeff, was particularly laid back and quite knowledgeable about our car since he used to be an Acura salesman. Working with Jeff was one of the best buying experiences I have had and I felt very good about the deal after leaving. I got a good price below what they originally wanted including all the handling fees and taxes etc... Sadly Jeff is no longer a salesman as he has been promoted to finance, but I went in today to look for a car for myself and called him first. He hooked me up with an equally enjoyable fellow who made me feel very comfortable and have fun on my test drive. Overall I highly recommend North End Motors for anyone looking for a quality automobile, friendly and relaxing service and a satisfying purchase. Recently I purchase a used car at North End Motors. Did my researach online and knew the car that I wanted to test drive. Their finance manager, Jeff Ford, got me an excellent finance rate. The total cost of the car was $2,000-$3,000 less than other dealers for the same make and model plus the car had less miles than the others. Very satisfied with the purchase and North End Motors. I have to admit I got a great deal so I am a little hesitant that something is wrong. That is just my nature. I have only had the car one week but at this point I am a very satisfied customer. The next time I am looking for a used car 1 will certaintly be back. They have many late model used cars to choose from. If you are not sure what you want it is a good place to look as you ar enot limited to just on manufacturer. One minor thing was that when I came to pick up my car there was only a 1/2 a tank of gas.
