Overall very good experience. Steve, the salesman was super. I was less thrilled with the financing piece. I had trouble getting a real number of what would be financed. I had to ask a few times. Also the "around 4%" interest rate was actually 5% when I came in to sign. When I first started looking for a car for my son, I went to a local used car dealer. They were the classic slimy used car guys said the car was perfect, strong arm sales technique etc. While I was driving to a local used car dealer. He looked at the brakes and said "I am surprised the car stopped" so much for perfect. I then went one line to look for more cars and I came across North End motors. I saw all the terrific reviews and thought I had to check them out. As every one has attested to, they are great. Easy to work with, nice inventory of car and a fair price. I bought a Honda Accrod and when I got it it had a small problem and they took care of it without a problem. My advice is dont bother going anywhere else. these guys are great. More

I needed a company van, and after several unsuccessful trips to used car lots I found on line, I decided to go to North End Motors on the recommendation of my nephew who had a great experience purchasing a vehicle there. I was approached by salesman Anthony Sheldone. He was young and just started working at the dealership. There were two vans on the lot I was interested in and after test driving and choosing the one I wanted , it was time to negotiate. I informed Anthony that I worked at a dealership for the last 27 years as a manager and know the auto business inside and out. I knew what I should pay for the van and was willing to make sure Anthony made a fair commission for his hard work. He acted very professionally and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. Although I was firm on what I wanted to spend, he was polite and willing to accomodate me and was able to get a fair deal for me. He spent a lot of time with me and went out of his way to take care of my deal. He continued to work hard for me up until I picked up my vehicle and even after I brought the vehicle home, he maintained contact to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. I have had much experience on both sides of the auto sales deal, and I think Anthony has a great future as a salesman and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My wife and I took a trip down to Canton to check out some vehicles we saw on their website. Immediately after getting out of our car, we were approached by Steven Page from sales. He was very friendly and down to earth unlike a lot of "cliche" used car salespeople. The honesty from the very start was the most impressive part of the experience. We test drove a couple different SUVs and found one that we really wanted. We gave Steve our budget and after very little back and forth, he hit it right on the head. We had to wait over the weekend to get things wrapped up which is understandable, but we finished the paperwork and took the new vehicle last night. Overall it was a great experience and I have already reccommended a few friends check it out and see Steve. The only negatives I take from the whole thing are that there were some stains on the interior that weren't removed, but they tried. Also at the end, they ask you to do this video thing for facebook which was incredibly uncomfortable. I could have done without that, but no biggie. In closing, I just have to point out that I've been buying cars for years and I have talked with more sales people than I care to in a lifetime. Steve Page at North End Motors is one of the best and easiest sales people I've ever done business with. More
