I just purchased a 2004 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with the vehicle. In this time of hardship in this economy, our salesman, Paul Mccarthy and the fiance department did everything they could to get me with the vehicle. It was 100 degrees on the lot that day but he kept his cool and found a beautiful car for me that i could actually afford. The delivery of the car the following week took longer than i would have liked - 5 hrs!!(apparently the RI dmv interferred with my plans) but once i saw my beautiful Honda in my driveway, all my stress went away. After seeing a posting on Cars.com, I visited North End Motors in Canton, MA and was greeted by Steven Page. He helped me test drive three separate vehicles - two on my first visit, and another vehicle two days later because I decided to come back. Steve was helpful and friendly on both occasions, and I didn't have to deal with high-pressure sales tactics. I appreciate that. After much consideration, I ended up finding the vehicle I wanted at another dealership, but the decision to purchase elsewhere was not due to any fault of Steve's or the dealership - I ended up looking for a specific make, model, and trim level that wasn't easy to come by. My only complaint - Online listings could be more accurate. A Hyundai Elantra was listed as an "SE" model, when in fact it was just the base model "GLS". That was disappointing to discover upon my visit. Still, I would recommend to others and personally return to North End Motors for future purchases. More

Dan, the sales manager, was accommodating and helpful. I was very pleased with the price that we arrived at for the car. When a problem with one of the doors showed up the day after I had taken the car home, R.G. in the service dept was great about getting the car into their busy schedule and into the shop on short notice. Mike, the mechanic, found and fixed the problem, and Brian, the service advisor, got the part ordered, delivered, and installed while I waited. And he explained everything and answered all my questions. All in all, a very positive experience. I’m very happy with the car, and would recommend North End Motors to someone looking for their next car. More
