I was very happy with my overall experience with North End Motors. Steve was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Took care of me and my mother the whole time and made sure that we got the best End Motors. Steve was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The only negative thing I could say about the dealership is that they did not provide me with two keys, just one. That is minor and it is not a determining factor on whether I would purchase from them again or recommend them to others. Overall, North End Motors is a fabulous dealer to do business with and would certainly recommend people, as well as purchase other vehicles from in the future. Thanks Steve!!! -Joe More

Anthony was a friendly and knowledgeable emplyoee. He took care of everything he said he would. I found the vehicle I was looking for online, at North End Motors, which was 160 miles away from where I live. I drove to the dealership and my experience was great from the moment I arrived. David Yee greeted me at the door and personally handled showing me the car, explaining the features, showing me the services available at the dealership, and making me feel comfortable. I then met with Jeff Ford in finance and he walked me through the financing process, explaining everything clearly. The dealership needed to take care of some items for me before I could take delivery of the car and they were very detailed in what they would be doing, and delivering on what they said they would do. David Yee, followed up with me several times before I received the car and he always kept me informed of the status. To top off the entire experience, North End Motors delivered the car to me, at the DMV in my state, and stayed there until the car was registered in my state. David, Aaron, Jeff, and in their absence, Patrick, made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a used car. They have certainly earned high praise from me and are the most reputable car dealer I have ever dealt with. My next vehicle purchase will start at North End Motors. More

My husband and I were impressed with the amount and variety of inventory at North End Motors, and everything is in excellent condition. I particularly liked how the staff seemed to work together as a team, and each person we dealt with with extremely helpful and happy to do whaterver they could for us. You don't get that customer service at the larger dealerships. I truly felt like a valued customer. Overall, I highly recommend North End Motors and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
