I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord (which I love!) and have to say it was a great experience. It's the first car I've bought on my own (I'm 25) and I was concerned about getting taken advantage of. I never felt that way at all, and compared to what I found on the internet, it seems that I couldn't have gotten a better deal. I was prepared to go through my credit union for financing, because I assumed they(the dealership) would offer me a terrible rate, but Jeff Ford from finance actually beat my credit unions rate. I'm paying less monthly than I expected to (which is awesome!) so I couldn't be happier. I love the car, have had it for three months so far and have had no problems, but if I do I will definitely take it to the repair shop at North End Motors. Of course it's under warranty anyway so I won't have to worry! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. More

The sales staff and managers were all great to work with, and super friendly and accommodating. They now have a new location in Canton, and it's really very nice. I take my car there now for service because it's so convenient to get to, and their customer service is second to none. Was in the market for a used Mitusbishi Endeavor and located one at North End Motors. The vehicle was put into great shape by the dealership and the purchase was a smooth experience. Sales Consultant Michael Froio had a great demeanor about himself and I didn't the hard sales pitch which one expects when they hit the used car lot. Michael kept in touch with me from the signing of papers to pick-up day and I am happy to say that I know have a car I have faith in along with a new car dealership for future purchases. I would highly recommend North End Motors as they have quality cars in stock and specifically Mike Froio for your car buying needs. Only improvement I would add is the dealership having a full tank of gas for the new car owner. After putting down your hard earned money, pulling away with a full tank of gas would have been better than pulling into the nearest gas station! More
