After seeing a posting on Cars.com, I visited North End Motors in Canton, MA and was greeted by Steven Page. He helped me test drive three separate vehicles - two on my first visit, and another vehicle two days later because I decided to come back. Steve was helpful and friendly on both occasions, and I didn't have to deal with high-pressure sales tactics. I appreciate that. After much consideration, I ended up finding the vehicle I wanted at another dealership, but the decision to purchase elsewhere was not due to any fault of Steve's or the dealership - I ended up looking for a specific make, model, and trim level that wasn't easy to come by. My only complaint - Online listings could be more accurate. A Hyundai Elantra was listed as an "SE" model, when in fact it was just the base model "GLS". That was disappointing to discover upon my visit. Still, I would recommend to others and personally return to North End Motors for future purchases. More

Dan, the sales manager, was accommodating and helpful. I was very pleased with the price that we arrived at for the car. When a problem with one of the doors showed up the day after I had taken the car home, R.G. in the service dept was great about getting the car into their busy schedule and into the shop on short notice. Mike, the mechanic, found and fixed the problem, and Brian, the service advisor, got the part ordered, delivered, and installed while I waited. And he explained everything and answered all my questions. All in all, a very positive experience. I’m very happy with the car, and would recommend North End Motors to someone looking for their next car. More

I am currently working with Steve to purchase my first used car. I have always bought new in the past so was a little nervous venturing into the world of used cars, but Steve and the people at North End used car. I found the car online, scheduled a time to test drive it and purchased the vehicle with a great interest rate that North End was able t aggressive. Overall very good experience. Steve, the salesman was super. I was less thrilled with the financing piece. I had trouble getting a real number of what would be financed. I had to ask a few times. Also the "around 4%" interest rate was actually 5% when I came in to sign. Nothing unusual I guess, but if they want to be a top dealer, they need to be open about the numbers. Car was a good deal, sales staff was great, and I would buy from them again. More
