My wife and I bought a car from Leandro back in October of 09. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Throw out what you may have experienced with other dealers! I found the vehicle I was looking for online, at North End Motors, which was 160 miles away from where I live. I drove to the dealership and my experience was great from the moment I arrived. David Yee greeted me at the door and personally handled showing me the car, explaining the features, showing me the services available at the dealership, and making me feel comfortable. I then met with Jeff Ford in finance and he walked me through the financing process, explaining everything clearly. The dealership needed to take care of some items for me before I could take delivery of the car and they were very detailed in what they would be doing, and delivering on what they said they would do. David Yee, followed up with me several times before I received the car and he always kept me informed of the status. To top off the entire experience, North End Motors delivered the car to me, at the DMV in my state, and stayed there until the car was registered in my state. David, Aaron, Jeff, and in their absence, Patrick, made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a used car. They have certainly earned high praise from me and are the most reputable car dealer I have ever dealt with. My next vehicle purchase will start at North End Motors. More

I particularly liked how the staff seemed to work together as a team, and each person we dealt with with extremely helpful and happy to do whaterver they could for us. You don't get that customer service at the larger dealerships. I truly felt like a valued customer. I found North End Motors while looking for a car for my mom. We ended up buying the car, a 2005 Acura RL, and have been very happy with it since. The salesmen we have delt with have been friendly but not pushy. This makes the buying experience much more relaxing than other times we have bought vehicles. Our salesman for the RL, Jeff, was particularly laid back and quite knowledgeable about our car since he used to be an Acura salesman. Working with Jeff was one of the best buying experiences I have had and I felt very good about the deal after leaving. I got a good price below what they originally wanted including all the handling fees and taxes etc... Sadly Jeff is no longer a salesman as he has been promoted to finance, but I went in today to look for a car for myself and called him first. He hooked me up with an equally enjoyable fellow who made me feel very comfortable and have fun on my test drive. Overall I highly recommend North End Motors for anyone looking for a quality automobile, friendly and relaxing service and a satisfying purchase. We were very pleased with everything that was done for us, but were surprised to find we were only given a half-tank of gas, which was also mentioned by a previous rater. It's been a very long time since we've purchased a car and maybe things have changed and you don't get the full tank you once got. More
