I recently bought a Nissan Maxima from North End and was pleased with not only my purchase but with their professional manner and customer service. After an accident I had to bring it back for some major re pleased with not only my purchase but with their professional manner and customer service. After an accident I had to bring it back for some major repairs. I was given back my car in better condition than before for a good price and in a decent time frame. I recommend going here if you're in search of well priced cars and excellent customer service. More

the place awesom, they have very low prices, They have a new location in canton and its great. Nice, new and clean. I saw the car on on line and talked to someone they were very helpful and polite. The guy checked to make sure the car was available and then he set up a time for me to come down and take a look at the car very helpful and polite. The guy checked to make sure the car was available and then he set up a time for me to come down and take a look at the car in person and test drive it.I went there and the car looked great and I loved the way it drove but I still wanted my mechanic to look at it. I told them I wanted to take it to my mechanic and they offer to drop the car at my mechanic's shop. I was impressed with their customer service so much that's why I'm writing about my experience at north end motors. sales person Leandro was very helpful throughout the process. More

Wanted to buy Mini-van or SUV. Drove several vehicles and made several trips to dealer, even though they were 100 miles away, because they had a great selection of cars. The best thing was that there was no pressure like other dealers. I wanted to take the car to another Dealer to have it looked at and they had no problem with that at all. In fact it took 3 hours and Richard never complained once! The only reason we could not put the deal together was the Documentation FEE of 385.00. I think that in this economy that it really excessive. I think it is unfair to charge 385.00 for paper work, and have noticed many dealers lowering their fees now. I spoke with Patrick the GM, who was very nice, but he could not adjust it. I think they would sell more cars and customers would be much happier if they made this fee more reasonable. 200-220.00. I was in the market for a used car. I saw the Acura TL that they had, and had to have it. they were friendly and not pushy at all, it was relaxed, and fun. This place may offer low deals on their cars, but don't be fooled by their claims of selling fully serviced cars bought right from the maker. Their used cars are in poor condition and their customer servi be fooled by their claims of selling fully serviced cars bought right from the maker. Their used cars are in poor condition and their customer service is horrible. After purchasing my car, it took them a week to get it ready for me to pick up. They don't want to inconvenience themselves to give good customer service. They are lazy and have no work ethics. It is a very ghetto car dealership in a very ghetto neighborhood and i felt very nervous about purchasing from them. The only reason why i did in the end was because i needed a car asap (which i ended up not getting asap). AVOID this dealership at all costs, they are a low budget, poor dealership with low budget, poor workers and work ethic. More
