I had been shopping around a used car for about a week when I walked on to the North End Motors. I had very little credit and not much to put down, but Phil and Terry worked their tails off to get me int when I walked on to the North End Motors. Gordon was extremly friendly throughout the whole process. He made me feel welcome everytime I came in, and helped me understand the process of purchasing a used car. I am young with a very limited credit score, therefore, I was surprised they were able to find me affordable financing with a good rate. Most importantly,they had the car ready for me to take home when they said they would. The only negative experience I had was I waited for large amounts of time on their couch. However, during that time they were trying to get me approved through different banks, and to find me the best deal possible. In the end, the wait was well worth it. Thank you so much North End Motors for making my first experience buying a car a pleasant one. As long as I live in the area they will continue on recieving my business and I will suggest them to as many friends and family as possible. More

I bought used 2007 Dodge Charger, very clean car with good price. I'd some obstacles on the vehicle registration on international permits, but James worked with me hard to get it settled. I gave Mike a hard time as I am a sceptic of most used car dealerships. While negotiating price for over a week, I did a lot of research covering a large geographical area I found North End was asking a car dealerships. North End is definitely an awesome dealership. They have the best selection, best financing options and a really nice staff of sales reps who dont pressure you into buying or try to upsell you. Phil was a great salesperson and really easy to work with. I did have a few issues, mostly minor stuff. They SUCK (as in didnt call me back AT ALL) at returning phone calls, and Terry told me to call him then went to lunch for two hours, when i got there he said "I told you to call me". I was baffled. Apart from those two minor issues everything was excellent. I love my car and the financing terms were better then expected. The internet pricing isn't misleading, it says right on the page that the price reflects a $1500 down payment and a $1500 dealer match. I was never in the dark on pricing. Overall I had a great experience and i would definitely buy my next car there. More

My salesman was Mike Jones, very polite, down-to-earth and honest. Definitely the type of guy you'd like to sit down and have a beer with, something I don't usually encounter with car salesman. I visited North End motors this past weekend to poke around for a new used vehicle and had a great experience. I wasnt ready to purchase that day, more of a research visit but i was greeted by and helpe around for a new used vehicle and had a great experience. I let Steve know i wasnt planning on purchasing that day and he was still very attentive to my needs/questions. No stereotypical "used car salesmen" gimmicks to push me into a sale, just a good convo about what i was looking for and what kind of vehicle suited me. Once my financing gets approved(didnt talk much about financing with them, prefer to use my own bank) i will definately be going back to North End motors to purchase. Great selection and seemingly even better service. I will update my review after i buy to include the purchasing experience. More
