I worked with Steve Page (Sales) and Andrea Veira(financing) in obtaining a used SUV for my wife. Steve was very helpful in pointing out the cars I was interested in and worked with me to get Veira(financing) in obtaining a used SUV for my wife. Steve was very helpful in pointing out the cars I was interested in and worked with me to get me to the right vehicle at an acceptable price, although I felt I came up about $500 short especially with the dealer's $385 document preparation fees. I looked into the fees and according to industry standards, the fee is well above the high cost of $100 for document prep. That aside my experience with Steve as my sales contact and Andrea handling the financing was very positive. Andrea was also quick to process the paperwork, have information ready and answer any questions for me regarding my loan. I would surely refer friends to Northend Motors and return for another car should the opportunity be presented. This is due to the fine job and personal care given by both Steve and Andrea. I had my eye on the 2007 Toyota Avalon that North End Motors has on their website. I headed down on Saturday and Mike Sewell approached me when I got out of my car. He gave me all the information I was looking for on the car, I took it out for a test drive, he went over every feature the car had. There was no pushy-ness, no phony-ness, no "I just need to make the sale". He offered to bring the car to my mechanic so they could look it over. I asked him to call me at work after 3:30 with the best price he could offer for the Avalon and he called me after 3:30 with a fair price for the car. It certainly made my car buying experience a pleasant one!! Not only was I excited about the beauty of a car I got, I left with a very pleasant car buying experience. I had been car shopping for the last 4 weekends and I did not have this good an experience anywhere else. North End Motors has a great inventory of used cars. I found the car on the web and Jason said it would be worth the 100 mile drive to see it. It was in mint condition and well worth it.
