I came last weekend to look at a 2008 E350 Mercedaz-Benz and I was introduced to Steve Page. He brought the car for a test drive and he took his time and never rushed me around. So, I made a decesion to purchase the car and as I was waiting for approval I also met Mohammad Ahmed who is the boss and very nice man. We became an instant freind. Also, I met the service manager Agie Farid for future services that I would need for the car. He is also very nice man and was greated like his own brother. After doing some research online, we found NorthEnd Motors to be by far the most competitve for the make of car we were shopping for. He was the perfect type of salesman for us- no hard selling tactics, just patience and enthusiasm. We were very pleased with the fair price they negotiated with us. The vehicle we purchased had been flagged for a recall and Jason assured us that it would be taken care of promptly. They took it to the Mazda dealership and we drove our car off the lot within days. It was a very low pressures experience and I would definitely recommend NorthEnd Motors and Jason to all our friends.Also, the website is very useful,set up with plenty of info and even access to a free carfax report on most cars. I also would like to recognize Craige the technitian who was so helpful and take time to explain a lot of question that I have to asked regarding my sound system. I highly rate/reccomend this dealership, as well as Aaron Gramazio for many reasons. I am from New York, so I traveled about 4 hours each way just to pick up this car. Aaron made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process and I felt like I knew him forever. I took the Amtrak train to Mass. from New York and Aaron drove his own car to pick me up. I think that is incredible customer service. By no means did he have to do that, but he did, and I am greatful. He also worked with me on the price over the phone before the sale and got me to a number where I was happy at. All of our negotiations were done by phone and email before we actually met eachother in person, and like I said before, I couldnt be any happier with how smooth and easy the transaction went. I will forever reccomend Aaron to anyone who is looking for a car. In my eyes, the amount of customer service I recieved outweighs the distance traveled, and I would do it again tomorrow if I needed another vehicle.
