Vanessa was great to work with, she matched us quickly with what we were looking for. I happily ended up with a Yaris for a great price. The day I picked up my vehicle, all the paperwork was in order and ready for me when I arrived, and the car was IMMACULATE. I originally found the SUV I was interested in on the Kelly Blue Book site and sent in my information to North End Motors. I was contacted immediately by PJ one of the sales assoc. who set me up with an appointment. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by PJ and he set me up with Philip Cocio one of the salesmen. Philip was very professional and attentive with a friend that had met there and myself. Although I did not drive out with the vehicle I was interested in (because of circumstances beyond their control) Philip and his associates worked diligently for two days trying to make this deal work. I will recommend North End Motors to friends and family because of the great experience we had there. More

The purchase was for my wife. Although this dealership is maybe 2 miles from my house, I was hesitant to visit a "used car only" lot. If I had visited them earlier I would've saved myself 5 days of car hunting. I knew what I was looking for before I walked on the lot as I had seen it online, a Jeep Commander 07'. Leandro greeted me in the lot after about 2 minutes of my walking around. He was fairly well educated as to that car (a big positive for me), which surprised me since this dealership has every car imaginable for sale. He acknowledged the vehicles cosmetic flaws and choose not to downplay them, another positve trait in my book. He didnt try to show me other cars but rather listened to my reasons (besides the fact my wife is a spoiled brat) for this particular type of vehicle. At the point of sitting down and negotiating price, I would've have been a little put off had I not already known of and prepared myself for their "$1,500.00 down and we'll match it" off the asking price ploy. I don't hold it against them, dealerships have to attract customers as does any customer oriented business, I just wish there was another way to do it sometimes. It certainly attracts the online customer, however I can see certain type personalities getting up and walking away from negotiations once that catch is revealed. Leandro was always polite and respectful, intoduced his sales GM to fine tune the negotiation (which I always expext)and was able to finally sell me a car. I've yet to come across a finance person as easy to deal with as Terry. He was a "No Pressure" person who presented me with my options and allowed me to make the decision. DON'T LOSE EITHER ONE OF THESE GUYS!! The car has been in the driveway for a few days now and my wife loves it. If I have any negative issues with the car or the dealership I will be sure to update my review. But so far all I can to is highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced used vehicle sold by honest and reputable persons. More

My husband and I were looking at a specific car we found online. We called and asked specific question they we're happy to answer for us since we were driving and hour and forty five minutes to see it. Ever online. Everyone was very friendly, and Phil was very informative as we took it for a test drive. We were able to negotiate a price we felt comfortable with even though the online deal they had going was confusing at first with the matching down payment program. Our car was delivered to us that same week and we met Steven at the DMV. Patrick was real good with keeping in contact with us as to where they were at on the drive down, as did Steven. The car did not pass emissions, so Patrick arranged to have it picked up the following week. We needed a new battery and a few other things done that the dealership did and kept in contact with us about. We are scheduled to get the car back at the beginning of next week. We were very pleased that Patrick kept in touch with us constantly. I cannot wait to get my car back and even though we had a glitch this dealership was very professional, patient, and attentive to our concerns. I would definitely return as I feel they offer great customer service and stand by their word. Susan More
