The purchase was for my wife. Although this dealership is maybe 2 miles from my house, I was hesitant to visit a "used car only" lot. If I had visited them earlier I would've saved myself 5 days of car hunting. I knew what I was looking for before I walked on the lot as I had seen it online, a Jeep Commander 07'. Leandro greeted me in the lot after about 2 minutes of my walking around. He was fairly well educated as to that car (a big positive for me), which surprised me since this dealership has every car imaginable for sale. He acknowledged the vehicles cosmetic flaws and choose not to downplay them, another positve trait in my book. He didnt try to show me other cars but rather listened to my reasons (besides the fact my wife is a spoiled brat) for this particular type of vehicle. At the point of sitting down and negotiating price, I would've have been a little put off had I not already known of and prepared myself for their "$1,500.00 down and we'll match it" off the asking price ploy. I don't hold it against them, dealerships have to attract customers as does any customer oriented business, I just wish there was another way to do it sometimes. It certainly attracts the online customer, however I can see certain type personalities getting up and walking away from negotiations once that catch is revealed. Leandro was always polite and respectful, intoduced his sales GM to fine tune the negotiation (which I always expext)and was able to finally sell me a car. I've yet to come across a finance person as easy to deal with as Terry. He was a "No Pressure" person who presented me with my options and allowed me to make the decision. DON'T LOSE EITHER ONE OF THESE GUYS!! The car has been in the driveway for a few days now and my wife loves it. If I have any negative issues with the car or the dealership I will be sure to update my review. But so far all I can to is highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a reasonably priced used vehicle sold by honest and reputable persons. More

My husband and I were looking at a specific car we found online. We called and asked specific question they we're happy to answer for us since we were driving and hour and forty five minutes to see it. Ever online. Everyone was very friendly, and Phil was very informative as we took it for a test drive. We were able to negotiate a price we felt comfortable with even though the online deal they had going was confusing at first with the matching down payment program. Our car was delivered to us that same week and we met Steven at the DMV. Patrick was real good with keeping in contact with us as to where they were at on the drive down, as did Steven. The car did not pass emissions, so Patrick arranged to have it picked up the following week. We needed a new battery and a few other things done that the dealership did and kept in contact with us about. We are scheduled to get the car back at the beginning of next week. We were very pleased that Patrick kept in touch with us constantly. I cannot wait to get my car back and even though we had a glitch this dealership was very professional, patient, and attentive to our concerns. I have never received service as well at any other dealer in the state, i have been to a dozen dealers and this dealer was exceptional. fast, affordable and they go above and beyond the help you find your car, I was in picked out the car i was looking for, bought it and at an interest rate lower than the one I traded by half. Not to mention it literally took two days, one day to look, the second day they did the financing and I was picking up my car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, hands down "North End" is by the best used car dealer on the East Coast. Thank You guys for making my used car shopping Painless. In fact, I bought the car from PG Guarino over the phone and via emails. When the car arrived it was as represented by PJ Guarino and in accordance with the numerous photos posted on NorthEnd Motors website. My experience with North End was mixed. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful from the phone to the floor. The price on the 2008 Prius I bought was fair, and they were flexible in helping me ge consistently friendly and helpful from the phone to the floor. The price on the 2008 Prius I bought was fair, and they were flexible in helping me get to the dealership to get it (pick-up at the T station). They answered my questions without being pushy. Tim, my salesman, was responsive, pleasant, and helpful throughout. A few concerns: 1. The price listed that was on the web was misleading. The actual price was $1500 more than advertised related to a "deal" they were having. I was already there and test-driven the car before I found that out. I'd appreciate accurate, no games price upfront. 2. A few days after taking the car home on a very cold day, all of the Prius's warning lights came on & stayed on. The free roadside assistance that came with the car took over 7 hours to come tow the car, and I missed work. When the car went to North End for service, they didn't find anything wrong with it. The guys were helpful when I could track them down, but not proactive in returning my calls. I had no car for work for 3 days while this mess got straightened out. I have had no issues with the Prius since but am concerned there may be an underlying problem not yet discovered. I am hopeful these guys will stand by the car if further issues arise. 3. Sales Manager Mark was also helpful & friendly but a little pushy about LoJack and the extended warranty, which is where the dealerships make their $ from what I have heard. More
