Terrible experience, never do business with this dealership. Went in to look at a truck, took it for a drive, then began haggling on a price. The manager came over to see if we could meet in the middle. After another 30 minutes on top of the 2 hours I had been there he came back with the same price he had offered before, I left. 2 days later the salesman called me to try to "earn my business" and offered to take $800 of their last price. I agreed on the price and offered to give him a credit card. He said he just had to check with his manager and he would call me right back. After 3 hours and no call back I called the dealership and they said he was with a customer and assured me he would call me. He did not so I sent an email, neither was returned. The next day I call again and he is with a customer so I ask for the manager. I bring the manager up to speed on what has been going on and what price we had agreed upon. He tells me that he can not do that price and offers me the same price as before that I walked out on. I told him to sell the truck to someone else. Shady business operation (even for a used car dealer), double talk, unfulfilled promises, unreturned calls. There are plenty of other places to buy a car. More

My initial experience was not a good one at all. HOWEVER Patrick and Michael has done everything in their power to fix everything that was wrong with my vehicle and expereince while there. Michael ensured that all documents needed were submitted and walked me through the entire finance part of it and kept me updated. PATRICK went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to ensure everything would be fixed with the vehicle and convinced me to stay there ands he would do everything in his power to ensure my satisfaction. I must say Patrick and Michael both are men of their words. I would purchase another care there of Patrick and Michael are still there.
