I couldnt be more happy with the profesionalism and quality of North End Motors. As a first time buyer and not knowing to much on how to go about financing and what my options were, I couldnt have aske quality of North End Motors. Phil helped me pick the perfect car and it came down to 2 different vehicles and gave me the pros an cons of both and I did not feel at all pressured to choose one over the other. Absoloutly the best car salesman Ive encountered for sure. Terry was very thorough with me while completing my deal, gave me my best options and took time with me to explain all the details, and worked around what I wanted as my monthly payements to be. From here on out I will always purchase vehicles from North End Motors, and hope Phil & Terry will be there to help again! I couldnt be happier with my new Jeep. Steve was great! I didnt buy the and decided to wait a for a few more month Not only did steve get upset , but he also gave me great advice with regard to credit rebuilding. I normally don't write reviews but I have to for North End, I was very impressed with every aspect of my car buying experience. I've never been to a used car dealer that presented itself so professionall End, I was very impressed with every aspect of my car buying experience. I've never been to a used car dealer that presented itself so professionally and took such pride in their vehicles/operations. We were never pressured at any time by Pat and we looked at several vehicles. All were in excellent condition and we settled on a Highlander. My wife loves it and I love the fact that we saved $ over a new car store and got a great interest rate.
