We recently purchased a vehicle from North End Motors, and had a good experience there. There are some people that really enjoy car shopping and the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I am NOT one of and had a good experience there. There are some people that really enjoy car shopping and the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I am NOT one of those people. I'd even say it it something I dread. However, Phil and Mark at North End Motors made it less painful than it usually is. I still hate the process as a whole, but I would recommend North End to someone who is in the market for a new vehicle. In fact, I have recommended them to a couple of friends at work who are starting their search. Phil and Mark were both really nice guys, and Phil went out of his way to work with us on a price that we were comfortable with for the vehicle we wanted. My only complaint was that they didn't have the registration on our vehicle ready when we picked it up. And, it's almost a week later and we still don't have it. Given that we only have 7 days before we're required to have it registered, it's a concern that they haven't gotten it to us. More

The best experience I had at North End Motors. The staff was really friendly, ended working with Steve Page. We looked through a selection of cars and ended with a 2008 Dodge Nitro. From the minute I walked onto the lot the staff was helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. I ended up working with Steve Page who is truly an awesome guy. GOOD POINTS: From the time I walked in Phil was very friendly I knew what I wanted and he was extremly helpful in showing me the 06 Cherokee. Forgot his name BAD POINTS: I was a little disapointed on the delivery of the truck as I spoke to the dealership from earlier that morning and they had all day to get the truck ready for me but when I got there after work around 4:15ish I had to wait more than an hr before the truck was detailed and ready to be delivered I felt it was Rushed and that to me was poor customer service, however I do understand that is a busy dealership but thats no excuse for poor delevery just think it could of been handled alot better. It Killed my joy. Overall I would definately recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More

We had a unique situation and Phil was responsive and understanding. He made my whole family comfortable in the short time that we were there.
