Aidan, I appreciate you getting back to me with the information. I have talked with the manager of the service department about the noise and rubber piece that was in question. The plastic piece that was mentioned was the ring that is outer casing and inner casing of the packed wheel bearings. I understand the frustration you must have felt having to come back. Our goal is to strive for every customer to have a great experience as you know from your previous visits. Sometimes we fall short and with the help from customers like you we can learn from your evaluation of your experience. This allows us to address and elevate situations that might prevent us from continuing our relation together. This is the reason that we willingly ask you for these reviews, we want your feed back so we may continue to reach for our goal of quality customer service. This is why we ask you for these reviews but at no time dictate to you what to write. We want honest assessment of our performances. Going forward, I would like to alleviate any worry you might have about doing business with North End Motors in the future, I know that what has occured can not be undone but it does give us an opportunity to show you that we intend to make things right.
