My wife and I bought a used car from North End Motors in April 2011. Our sales rep was Mike Pilla. He let us take a reasonably long test drive. We were confused about the price because we didn't read the small print on their match your down payment promotion. Mike explained this and negotiated with us to reach an agreement. Their service was good. I would recommend to make it even better, they should offer their clients something to drink to feel more comfortable. Mike worked with us to meet our budget needs. We bought the car. It was delivered to us at no charge where we live out of state. We did have some issues with the vehicle. It had a few scratches, the interior was not detailed properly, and a check engine light came on the first week. We would have given them a perfect score but for these issues. We had to go back to the dealer twice, but in the end they fixed the problems and compensated us for the inconvenience. More

The car I had purchased was in perfect condition in a price range that was completely within my budget. Gordon was great. He encouraged me to test drive 4 cars to help me decide what was best for me. He was pretty knowledgeable about the cars I drove and offered some pretty honest opinions about the cars. He to help me decide what was best for me. He gave the typical follow up calls which can be annoying but salepeople need to make a living. I did appreciate how he sent me a video of the car I was interested in later in the week. We didn't talk price very much and I didn't end up buying a car from him, so I'm not sure how that experience would be. He seemed to dismiss blue book prices as being useless which isn't really true, but oh well. He's a good guy and fun to take test drives with. More

Went looking for a specific car. The process went fairly smooth and I feel I was treated fairly. The salesman, Dan, was very corteous and effective. The car I purchased was a 2001 year model, despite this, they were able to get extended warranty arranged for it. The financing went as smooth as it could have been although I feel they over-sold on some un-needed items such as the "accelerated payment" service which does nothing to accelerate the loan but sets one back some $$ for using it. I have yet to be refunded the enrollment charges since I cancelled it without using it however, it is not the dealer's complete fault. More
