This was a very good experience , my fourth dealer looking for a used car. Not one person was pushing a sale at North End Motors. My overall experience rating is based off not just the sales rep, but also the other parts that go into buying a car. They Seemed to be a little bit unorganized. I waited for a lot of my time there. The car dealer was pretty pushy. I decided not to purchase a vehicle at this location, however, I would recommend this dealership for sure. I was coming down from Manchester NH so I wanted to make sure that the Jeep that I was looking f however, I would recommend this dealership for sure. The person on the phone took my information and confirmed that the Jeep was there and set me up with a time to come and look at it. When I arrived I spoke to a salesman whose name escapes me at the moment, but he was very helpful. I test drove the Jeep and wasn't thrilled with it. We went inside and discussed numbers and after looking it over I decided that it wasn't right for me. I didn't feel pressured. The salesman tried to work with me but when you aren't in love with a vehicle than there is no point in wasting anybody's time. The dealership was giving me a fair trade in value, actually the best that I was offered and I actually considered the Jeep even though I didn't care much for it. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location. More

4 months later they sold me a lemon and will not help me at all. They talk to me like i'm a moron and will not call me back. Thanks for putting my family in danger. After getting my issues escalated to Patrick and Akee the issues with my car have finally been resolved. They both were very patient when I was not and got my car fixed and also got the repair costs covered under the warranty making it so I didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses. Thank you gentlemen I greatly appreciate all your help and would send people to your dealership in the future. Dan More
