They Seemed to be a little bit unorganized. I waited for a lot of my time there. The car dealer was pretty pushy. I decided not to purchase a vehicle at this location, however, I would recommend this dealership for sure. I was coming down from Manchester NH so I wanted to make sure that the Jeep that I was looking f however, I would recommend this dealership for sure. The person on the phone took my information and confirmed that the Jeep was there and set me up with a time to come and look at it. When I arrived I spoke to a salesman whose name escapes me at the moment, but he was very helpful. I test drove the Jeep and wasn't thrilled with it. We went inside and discussed numbers and after looking it over I decided that it wasn't right for me. I didn't feel pressured. The salesman tried to work with me but when you aren't in love with a vehicle than there is no point in wasting anybody's time. The dealership was giving me a fair trade in value, actually the best that I was offered and I actually considered the Jeep even though I didn't care much for it. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location. More

4 months later they sold me a lemon and will not help me at all. They talk to me like i'm a moron and will not call me back. Thanks for putting my family in danger. They both were very patient when I was not and got my car fixed and also got the repair costs covered under the warranty making it so I didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses. My husband and I went to North End to buy our first car. Our overall experience was very good. We went in based off of a couple of cars we saw available online. When we arrived Mike told us about another vehicle that had just arrived that met our criteria better than the ones we had seen advertised. We ended up test driving and ultimately purchasing a 2006 Nissan Altima. The only issue we had was that the car we wanted was not yet in the system so we were quoted the wrong price on our car initially. We received a phone call the next day about the mix up and we were able to resolve the problem relatively quickly. I found the entire staff at North End Motors very friendly. Overall, our experience went very well. Financing was a breeze. When we first looked at the car it had a couple of issues as it had not been looked at by the mechanics at North End yet. All of the issues were resolved by the time we picked up the car and it had been very thoroughly cleaned. Thus far we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and have had no issues. I would highly recommend North End Motors to anyone in the market for a used car. More

My husband and myself went in on Saturday we had just gotten out of our car and two minutes later Cy was outside to ask us if we needed any help. We took a test drive in a 2010 ford fusion we loved the car. We spoke with Mike in finance the process was very quick. The next step was to speak to Terry and he went over all our paperwork and any questions we had he took his time with us and was extremely helpful. We would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants wonderful customer service and be treated with respect and make the car buying experience relaxed. More
