I was very impressed with the entire business from the selection of used cars to the service area. I was also impressed with the sales staff. I was looking for a very specific type of car - Came in to look at a Hyundai Tuscon, standard transmission - but they just didn't have what I wanted. THe Hyundai already had a deposit on it. Over the next few days I got calls as new cars came in. There was absolutely no pressure on me. These folks were trying very hard to find the right car for me. I felt that I was important to them. I have no doubt that I would have purchased a car from North End if they'd had what I was looking for and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a quality used car. More

I was in the market for a used 2nd car. I went to three dealers. They did not take the time to ask about my needs. I just want someone who is honest and not high pressure. This was great for restarting my credit.The car is spotless with 83,000 miles. My whole experience was great. There was no pressure to buy, just an honest interest in finding the right car for you. This was my first car buying experience and I couldn't have asked for more.
