I visited North End Motors having one specific purpose to purchase the Infinite G35X I saw online. I went with partial financing, and since I am a student right now with no income, Mark worked very hard to find a great credit union for me to work with at very reasonable rates. I really enjoyed the overall experience and am very impressed that North End also offers comprehensive service and also used-car warranty programs. I just bought a 2007 Nissan Murano from North End Motors. The 1st day we went to the dealership it was 90 degrees and we had our 10 week old infant with us and could not stay. From there the experience was pleasant and easy. Phil worked with us to get the vehicle within our budget. Mark from finance was also great to work with. The one hang up we did have had nothing to do with North End Motors in fact North End Motors went above and beyond to right the situation. We had an issue getting our insurance company to forward to necessary forms so that we could take our car home. After being there waiting for a few hours we decided to leave. We were disappointed that we would have to leave for our vacation without our new car. Shortly after we left our insurance company finally sent the paper work and Phil personally delivered the car to our house. I would definitely recommend North End Motors to someone looking to buy a car. More

I perchused a 2009 KIA Spectra there about three months ago. Even though it was a great little car, it just wasnt the one for me. that was a good buying experance but I'll move on to this car. So he had me come in and test drive a few cars that he thought might fit me a little better. Then i fell in love with my car 2009 Chevy Malibu with only 25000 miles on it. Dark blue with nice chrome accents on it. Its only and LS but it has the upgraded 3.5 and fleet interior. Beautiful car! Not that old girly Malibu that your used to. Anyways this isnt a Chevy commercial so I'll get to it. We did the old back and forth, its a buisness thats what they do. But gordan knew were i needed to be and did what he could to get me there. you know everyone wants to leave at a buck a month but thats not going to happen. but when i left i didn't feel overwhelmed and that made me happy. So a day later i got a call pretty early asking me when i was coming in to sign. Later that day i signed a few papers and drove off the lot. Simple! They just about take care of everything. not only do i feel i got a good deal i have bumper to bumper up to 100,000. So if you have some money and need a good car for a good prise go to North End Motors. Ask for gordan. O ya I've even had them call me to come to a company cook out. More

Working with North End Motors was all around great experience! Steve was awesome! It was my first time buying a car with an actual dealership and, while I had a general idea of what I was looking fo experience! Steve was awesome! It was my first time buying a car with an actual dealership and, while I had a general idea of what I was looking for in terms or budget, gas mileage, style of car, etc., I really wasn't sure of anything else. Steve listened to all my requests and then took me around the lot to show me each vehicle that fit with in my very broad parameters. He was extremely knowledgeable about each make and model and took the time to explain what each car had to offer. Steve was very patient with my indecisiveness, which, definitely helped me to relax and begin to narrow down my options. Never once did I feel rushed to make a purchase or that I was inconveniencing him by not choosing the most expensive car in the lot. After a few test drives I decided upon a car that fit exactly what I was looking for, including a few bonuses! Steve got the print out of the payment plan and walked me through the options of braking down the loan into monthly payments based on the length of time I wanted to pay it. Then, I was off to Mark in finance who helped me to finalize everything. I loved the atmosphere of North End Motors. They are professional but you can tell they have fun while they work. You feel like a friend rather than just another potential dollar sign. The best part is that they are the registry and mechanic and detail shop all in one. I walked in unsure and drove out, same day, in my brand new, registered, polished and freshly detailed car! I wish I had the money to buy a car every week because I would go to North End Motors and work with Steve every time! The sales process was solid. I didn't feel like i was being sold a line of BS as with the other dealerships that I had visited. Mike was straightforward with all aspects of the deal. The only issues I could cite were the finance person was somewhatm deceptive when putting the final papers together. that did not sit well with me. The second issue was that I needed to call to get my registration sent, was told it was sent but the postmark was a day after I called. I would recommend the dealership and would go back to buy another car from Mike. It was a very good experience. More
