Cy promptly greeted us when he realised we needed assistance. He proceeded to get an idea of what I was looking for and found the car in the system. When I found a specific one that interested me he pulled it up out front for a test drive. He even suggested, mid-test drive, that we stop at our house to pick up the car I was planning to trade in. Afterwards, he worked with us as best he could to come to a price that best suited us. Overall, Cy and the entire staff were very courteous and the customer service was great, making the entire process as easy and pleasant as possible. We were greeted by our salesman Cy Desrosiers when we arrived at the dealership who is very friendly and easy going. We were interested in a Hyundai Tucson that we had seen on North End's web site that b arrived at the dealership who is very friendly and easy going. He worked with us along with his manager on negotiating a fair price in addition to agreeing to take care a few repair issues we had with the car. Outstanding experience..I had a difficult situation involving my current car and my credit. Tony from sales, John behind the desk were extremely friendly and helpful and Mark in Finance got me into a involving my current car and my credit. When I picked up the Car Saturday, Steven Page took my fiancee and myself in a 2011 ford fiesta as my fiancee may be interested down the road in a vehicle. I came in to purchase 2 vehicles and trade in 1. We were met by Renzo outside as we pulled up. Anyway, Renzo went on to basically interview us to find out if what we wanted matched with what we were saying we needed. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my days (17) and I have not had a sales man take so much time with me like Renzo did. We also had a specific budget that we wanted payments to be in. We ended up on the lot for the next 4 days straight trying to figure out a 2 car combination that would work for what we liked and what would be in our budget. We probably looked at a dozen cars before we settled on what we now have. All through this Renzo was great. He was flexible with what I wanted to look at and never made me feel like I was taking up to much of his time...even though I was on the lot 4 days in a row looking at the cars. When I look back at the entire sales process I am satisfied. As with anything process there was some bumps in the road but nothing that was not overcome. Thank you Renzo and Northend Motors! More

I found it to be a little overwhelming. I had to pay close attention at all times so that i wasn't talked into something that i didn't want nor need. We recently purchased a vehicle from North End Motors, and had a good experience there. There are some people that really enjoy car shopping and the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I'd even say it it something I dread. However, Phil and Mark at North End Motors made it less painful than it usually is. I still hate the process as a whole, but I would recommend North End to someone who is in the market for a new vehicle. In fact, I have recommended them to a couple of friends at work who are starting their search. Phil and Mark were both really nice guys, and Phil went out of his way to work with us on a price that we were comfortable with for the vehicle we wanted. My only complaint was that they didn't have the registration on our vehicle ready when we picked it up. And, it's almost a week later and we still don't have it. Given that we only have 7 days before we're required to have it registered, it's a concern that they haven't gotten it to us. More
