I came in and purchased a mazda speed 6. I had an awesome experience at this dealership. The moment I walked in everyone was super friendly and catered to my every need. The sales person I was dealing with her name is Melissa. At first it was a little confusing for I did have an appointment with a person named Mike. I did find a vehicle that really interested me and was willing to leave a small deposit to see if their credit department would be able to work there magic to get me financed. I was totally shocked to see they wanted a five hundred dollar deposit on the vehicle. To be completely honest with you if this was stated BEFORE about the large deposit I would have walked out once it was told to me. This was the ONLY bad experience that I had with this dealership. I went to North End motors expecting the typical used car dealer experience, but didnt get it. I was met by Steven Page a salesman that should be twins he's such a great worker and person.
