The person on the phone took my information and confirmed that the Jeep was there and set me up with a time to come and look at it. When I arrived I spoke to a salesman whose name escapes me at the moment, but he was very helpful. I test drove the Jeep and wasn't thrilled with it. We went inside and discussed numbers and after looking it over I decided that it wasn't right for me. I didn't feel pressured. The salesman tried to work with me but when you aren't in love with a vehicle than there is no point in wasting anybody's time. The dealership was giving me a fair trade in value, actually the best that I was offered and I actually considered the Jeep even though I didn't care much for it. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location. More

We ended up test driving and ultimately purchasing a 2006 Nissan Altima. The only issue we had was that the car we wanted was not yet in the system so we were quoted the wrong price on our car initially. We received a phone call the next day about the mix up and we were able to resolve the problem relatively quickly. I found the entire staff at North End Motors very friendly. Overall, our experience went very well. Financing was a breeze. When we first looked at the car it had a couple of issues as it had not been looked at by the mechanics at North End yet. All of the issues were resolved by the time we picked up the car and it had been very thoroughly cleaned. Thus far we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and have had no issues. I would highly recommend North End Motors to anyone in the market for a used car. More

We took a test drive in a 2010 ford fusion we loved the car. We spoke with Mike in finance the process was very quick. The next step was to speak to Terry and he went over all our paperwork and any questions we had he took his time with us and was extremely helpful. He has great customer service and went above and beyond what most dealership employees would do for their customers. Phil got all the paper work done super fast and I was able to pick the car up faster then expected. His follow up was also great and asked how everything was working out and if their was anything that he could do or answer any questions I had about the car. Most sales associates stop their customer service after the sale of the vehicle and in this case he didn't. I would highly recommend Phil Cocio when purchasing a vehicle and North End Motors I had an excellent and hassle free experience. More
