My wife and I had a very good experience with this dealer. We had a specific model in mind, and Cy had it ready to go when we got there. I called Cy, and he returned my call within an hour. Turns out the car service reminder hadn't been reset, so it didn't need service after all. Nothing but good things to say. UPDATE- see my other review. Car broke down after three weeks, needed new transmission. Cy completely useless when I called. Nightmare. More

I took my car in and Ron Price was extrememly helpful in listening to my concern, arranging for my vehicle to be looked at (at almost closing time), and ordering the brake switch, which should be there today! So far, I don't have any complaints and if I have a Family member or Friend interested in purchasing a preowned vehicle, I would definitely recommend they visit North End Motors....... Thx Guys!!!
