The sales person I was dealing with her name is Melissa. At first it was a little confusing for I did have an appointment with a person named Mike. I did find a vehicle that really interested me and was willing to leave a small deposit to see if their credit department would be able to work there magic to get me financed. I was totally shocked to see they wanted a five hundred dollar deposit on the vehicle. To be completely honest with you if this was stated BEFORE about the large deposit I would have walked out once it was told to me. This was the ONLY bad experience that I had with this dealership. I went to North End motors expecting the typical used car dealer experience, but didnt get it. I was met by Steven Page a salesman that should be twins he's such a great worker and person. I went in to North End Motors a couple months ago originally, to do some scouting for a future purchase. Morgan was very helpful in keeping in touch with me about new cars arriving to the lot, ones she knew I would be interested in. The car I was originally going to look at was out of my price range, but they quickly found me an alternative, and I beleive I got a better car than the one I went there to see. Phil did a tremendous job in selling me on the new car, which I hadn't gone there to see and had done less research on than the others. They worked with me with the payments to get them to a managable amount, and I walked away the proud owner of a 2007 Lexus ES350. I would absoultely recommend North End Motors to anyone looking to buy a high end used car, you won't be disappointned. More

Cy promptly greeted us when he realised we needed assistance. He proceeded to get an idea of what I was looking for and found the car in the system. When I found a specific one that interested me he pulled it up out front for a test drive. He even suggested, mid-test drive, that we stop at our house to pick up the car I was planning to trade in. Afterwards, he worked with us as best he could to come to a price that best suited us. Overall, Cy and the entire staff were very courteous and the customer service was great, making the entire process as easy and pleasant as possible.
