My initial experience was not a good one at all. HOWEVER Patrick and Michael has done everything in their power to fix everything that was wrong with my vehicle and expereince while there. Michael ensured that all documents needed were submitted and walked me through the entire finance part of it and kept me updated. PATRICK went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to ensure everything would be fixed with the vehicle and convinced me to stay there ands he would do everything in his power to ensure my satisfaction. I must say Patrick and Michael both are men of their words. I would purchase another care there of Patrick and Michael are still there. I thought he was my contact and if I was going to purchase a vehicle the commission would go to him. But she was really great to work with. I did find a vehicle that really interested me and was willing to leave a small deposit to see if their credit department would be able to work there magic to get me financed. I was totally shocked to see they wanted a five hundred dollar deposit on the vehicle. To be completely honest with you if this was stated BEFORE about the large deposit I would have walked out once it was told to me. This was the ONLY bad experience that I had with this dealership.
