Thank you North End Motors of Canton! My representative was Phillip Cocio. He was fantastic and I'll say more in a bit. When my wife and I entered the dealership for the first time I was amazed at how great and accommodating the entire staff was to both of us, so much so that team members Terry Shields and Nick Poirier far exceeded what it meant to provide customer service. I tell you they were awesome. Not only did I get a great deal I also had the pleasure of working with a true consultant who was focused on meeting our needs. I have been in sales/customer service for over twenty years. So I know a good sales rep that puts his customer’s interest first when I meet one. And Phillip was one such rep. He didn’t try and sell us on anything or force a sale. It felt like I was working with a true consultant, not a sales person and one that was actually trying to find what we needed. In addition he went the extra mile in everything he did including his colleagues. Literally best expiriance I'ver ever had buying a car....The long and short, I live in Buffalo and i was specifically searching for a Mazdaspeed6...not a mazda6, mazdaspeed6...they're rare only made car....The long and short, I live in Buffalo and i was specifically searching for a Mazdaspeed6...not a mazda6, mazdaspeed6...they're rare only made for a yr or 2 and hard to find ones that haven't been beaten on or raced around hard by previous owners....I had just been through a terrible ordeal w/a dealer back in Buffalo who ripped me off for all my $$$ and sold me a bum car...i managed to get $$ back from that transaction then immediately went on the hunt again and that's how I came across the mazdaspeed6 North End Motors had...It was one of 3 w/in a 700 mile radius of Buffalo that met my standards and specs I was looking for. I couldnt make 2 trips to Boston from Buffalo so i had to do most research on the car from here and via phone conversatiosn...they knew my situation, I was takign a chance buying a car w/out ever seeing it w/my own eyes till the day of sale....even the worst speed bump I came across w/this deal they helped me 100% of the way and took care of it, that was the fact that literally day before I had airplane ticket booked to fly out to Boston to pick car up and drive it back I was informed that MA is one of only 2 states, w/in all 50 states, that doesnt honor In-Transit plates, meaning I hadf to reshecdule ticket for following weekend and register car and have all paperwork signed and sent back and forth, over nighting every thing that last week till I finally got my new NYS plates and flew out to Boston w/room mate the following Saturday...they even picked us up from airport and brought us back to dealership...They literally took care of every thing for me....by far the best car I've ever owned.... More

This was our first time at NorthEnd Motors. I will definetly go back there when in need for a car. I also have told all my family and friends about them. My sons salesman Joe Ruffo was really great definetly go back there when in need for a car. I also have told all my family and friends about them. My sons salesman Joe Ruffo was really great with helping him get into something he could afford and great car for the money. He didnt try selling him something he didnt really want, he took the time to hear my son out. A great car dealership for everyone best around yet, if you cant afford new. More
I walked in not trusting used car dealers and that hasnt changed but Melissa Faye is a peach and deserves a raise. What a pleasure working with her. I applied online with North End Motors and someone phoned me 20 MINS later (fast service). I was asked to come in to see the vehicle of my choice. I had my doubts about being able to finance with a fair cred me 20 MINS later (fast service). I was asked to come in to see the vehicle of my choice. I had my doubts about being able to finance with a fair credit but customer care knew right away my price bracket to finance just by looking at my credit report but I still had doubts. The finance team worked hard on my paperwork to ensure that I had a bank willing to finance me and the best monthly payment. The staff worked as a group and I never felt pressured. I signed on the dotted line and North End Motors did all the footwork (title, license plates, ETC). My vehicle was serviced and ready for pickup. I worked with them and they worked with me even harder to ensure that I was comfortable with my decision. North End Motors is HIGHLY recommended!!! More
I recently purchased an Infiniti from North End Motors....although my visit got off to a very rocky start Melissa and Mike were very patient. I originally was going to purchase a Kia but once Melissa spoke with me more about a Nissan I used to own she quickly recommended the Infiniti I purchased! It had everything I was looking for in a vehicle and ended up being a much better fit for my budget. I appreciated the fact that although this car cost less than the original car I was looking at she offered to show it to me. Mike was also very helpful with walking me through the process. I plan to come back when it's time to upgrade my vehicle. More
Terrible experience, never do business with this dealership. Went in to look at a truck, took it for a drive, then began haggling on a price. The manager came over to see if we could meet in the middle. After another 30 minutes on top of the 2 hours I had been there he came back with the same price he had offered before, I left. 2 days later the salesman called me to try to "earn my business" and offered to take $800 of their last price. I agreed on the price and offered to give him a credit card. He said he just had to check with his manager and he would call me right back. After 3 hours and no call back I called the dealership and they said he was with a customer and assured me he would call me. He did not so I sent an email, neither was returned. The next day I call again and he is with a customer so I ask for the manager. I bring the manager up to speed on what has been going on and what price we had agreed upon. He tells me that he can not do that price and offers me the same price as before that I walked out on. I told him to sell the truck to someone else. Shady business operation (even for a used car dealer), double talk, unfulfilled promises, unreturned calls. There are plenty of other places to buy a car. More
