Had been looking to replace my 05 mini van with a newer model found a 2010 Town and Country Touring Plus at North End for $15000.00 this had everything. Only 44700 miles. Worked with Steve Cahill in sales and from the beginning, informed him what year range I was looking for and he never tried to upsale or change the years or product I was looking for, only wanted a Dodge or Chrysler. Also we were already approved for a loan (had check in pocket) but with the help of Steve Cahill, North End Motors saved me 3% on the interest rate. My son in law is going to Cuba for a tour of duty at Gitmo on 2/2/2014 with the Massachusetts National Guard providing security at Camp Delta, upon his return in 2015 I will have no problem with Steve Cahill selling him a truck. I tried several places before North End Motors. I was pleasantly surprised by the personnel, especially Rich Misener. What clinched the deal for me was when I told Rich that I needed to insure that my friend could comfortably get in and out the vehicle and Rich suggested that we drive to my home and let my friend try getting in and out of the vehicle.
