On Tuesday February 18, my wife and I visited North End Motors during a recent snow storm. As we approached the door, this nice gentleman from inside, rushes to open the door for us and introduced himself Motors during a recent snow storm. During that terrible weather the sales person by the name of Ryan Ploof, spent a great deal of time with us as every vehicle that we wanted to see was in another location. Ryan got us nice SUV and drove us to other location and the entire time he was genuine concern if we were comfortable and trying to give us ideas on what we could get for a new vehicle do to the uncertain of what my spouse and I were looking for, Ryan patiently assisted us during our search for a few hours until we both agreed on the 2010 Mazda CX-7! Everything went so easy from the begging to the completion of our transaction. Ryan had stayed well beyond the end of his shift to make sure everything went well and the next day he called us to make sure we still were happy with our new purchase. We love our car, and we hope that anybody that is looking for a good experience buying a car or truck stops at North End Motors and see Ryan because they would be impressed! Thank you Ryan! Steve Cahill is THE BEST! Sadia, one of the finance managers, is also amazing! Both were so helpful and understanding about our repeated calls to check on the progress of bank/finance situation. They did everything in their power to get us in our car as soon as possible. Steve even called us on his day off..he went into the office for another customer and followed up with us too. He is an incredibly patient down to earth guy and I never felt judged about my terrible credit. My fiancé and I went to North End Motors "just to look" and never thought that I would actually get approved for anything due to HORRIBLE credit. We also had our almost 1year old daughter and 3.5 year old son with us running around, not sitting still and well.. being kids. Steve completely understood, and was amazing with them. He gave them stuff to color with, a stuffed animal and a full size candy bar ( that I'm pretty sure was his) He never let them interfere with helping us. At one point Steve even helped make my coffee while we were waiting because I had my hands full with my daughter. I worked as a customer service manager for years and the customer service here is impeccable. A really dedicated staff that works together to provide quality service. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision I was unsure of. Steve listened to all of my concerns and never dismissed any of them. Steve and Sadia got us in a 2010 Dodge Avenger that we love, that is safe for our babies..and looks and runs amazing. It's a beautiful car and in the week we've had it gotten so many compliments on it. I NEVER thought that financing was a real possibility for us because of my credit but I am so happy we made the trip here. I never actually end up writing these reviews but here I am. I even got a thank you card from Steve! I know I sound like commercial or something but me and my family were just beyond satisfied, and truly impressed with the service here. You don't see service like this everyday...or really ever any more. Steve and Sadia earned this run on review by being exceptional and really helping us, instead of just treating us like we were commission. We are so xxxx happy with our new car!! I really appreciate all the work they put in for us and couldn't be happier. They made what seems impossible for us happen. I had an excellence experience purchasing a used car at North End Motors. The majority of car dealerships treat you as your credit rating is. The staff at North End Motors didn't do that. He and his manager worked diligently with me to get me the car I wanted and the monthly payment I could afford. Terrell Wooten made a car buying experience enjoyable. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. They were really serious about getting me in the car that I wanted. Most dealerships try to sell you what they want. Additionally, their level of commitment is unsurpassed. BELIEVE it or not, they even drove the car with me to get it registered during a snow storm...and I live in southeastern Connecticut. Excellent experience working with Zoila. After test driving the vehicle I was able to make a list of requests and the service department met ALL of them before I took the car off the lot. I visited North End Motors in Canton Ma along with my husband and father. We had previously purchased a PT cruiser from them in 2011 and wanted to trade it in for something bigger. I'm big on customer service and as we walked through the door Shea (salesperson) greeted us and worked diligently to help us find exactly what we was looking for. At no point did I feel as though this was just a job for Shea ,he definitely wanted to help us make the best decision for a vehicle for our family. We also worked with Jennifer Martinez in finance and she was great. She worked hard to get us the best deal she could on our car and was even willing to come in on her day off to continue to work with us. Overall the service was excellent, we even went back a week later and purchased another car for work purposes. I visited North End Motors in Canton on Monday, February 17th having to buy a car for the first time in years and was nervous as can be as well as concerned about getting financed and having the situation g 17th having to buy a car for the first time in years and was nervous as can be as well as concerned about getting financed and having the situation go smoothly. The purchase of my new 2007 Toyota Camry XLE went surprisingly well...I couldn't have experienced a better purchase of a new car. I test drove it first with Philip Chancey who pointed out all of the features it had as well as educating me on the parts the car had to it and that I wasn't used to (i.e., heated seats, cd changer, cruise control, steering wheel controls, etc.)! Jen was super friendly and very clear in pointing out all the documents I needed to sign when the financing went through, making it a fun and comfortable experience. The wait at the end of the day was rather long, but when I look back a few days ago, I realize how much of a patient person I am and didn't allow it to bother me. Every day, I wake up with a smile, knowing I have this awesome new car in my driveway with an affordable car payment only to drive it to work and home feeling like I am literally driving on a cloud...what a fantastic experience! P.S.-I have already passed out a half a dozen cards to my coworkers and friends as well as posting this to my friend list on Facebook and which I have already received back a ton of "likes" and awesome comments! I have given North End Motors in Canton such a good review because I simply couldn't be happier with my experience. I am a college student who went into disaster mode after my old car finally died. I needed a new, reliable car and I needed it within the next few days. My mom and I walked up to the dealership not having a clue what we were doing. Steve Cahill intercepted us at the door and invited us in immediately. From that moment on he helped us out to the fullest extent. The dealerships I had visited before that day told me there was absolutely no way I had sufficient credit to buy a newer vehicle. It never once crossed Steve's mind that I may not be able to achieve this. He was also training a younger boy I THINK his name was Scott, he was also very pleasant and made the experience even better. I ended up getting a 2012 Toyota Yaris, something I had never thought about looking at before. It's like after 5 minutes of Steve and I talking, he knew exactly what I would love. Even the woman who helped me work out all the financing was delightful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Canton Motors and Steve Cahill to anyone who is looking to get a new ride! More
