When it came time to negotiate I had a figure in mind. The sales manager Dan Mullen and I couldn't come an an agreement so I left. A few hours later Ryan called me. He did some negotiating with Dan on my behalf and came up with a figure I could live with. The next day I went back and completed the transaction. I worked with Jennifer on my financing. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Working with Jennifer was so enjoyable that signing the forms didn't hurt that much. Overall the experience was very positive and would recommend this dealer and esp. Ryan. More
Wonderful Customer Service I spent a few months looking for a specific car before finding it listed online on a third party website for used cars. The listing was posted on behalf of Northend Motors and I sent an inquiry about the vehicle's availablility first thing in the morning, using the website's form. Within a couple of hours I was contacted by a friendly sales associate to answer some basic questinos about the car and schedule a test drive. I was so excited about test driving this car I had sought for so many months I ended up arriving about 45 minutes earlie than scheduled. Morgan Curtis greeted my girlfriend and I at the door with a smile and immediately took us to sit down and talk about the car while they pulled it out for the test drive. During the test drive Morgan was informative without being overbearing. She was also helpful in turning my attention towards anything that I might find to be an issue in the future, and also made sure my test drive was more than just a put the pedal to the mat and see how fast it goes affair. She was very good about being sure that I checked not only the acceleration, but also the handling and even how the car parked and backed up. When we got back to the dealership we did a 360 walk around the car, noting any engine noises and discussing the small crack and scuffing on the front bumper. The cosmetic issues with the car were absolutely minor in my mind and I was ready to begin the process of purchasing the vehicle. The paperwork took a while to fill out but Morgan was helpful in speeding that process along as much as she could. I filled out as much as I could but ended up needing to return to fill out the rest of the financing paperwork, which I did with Missy. Even on my second trip down, which was 99.999% financing related and did not have much to do with Morgan, she still took the time out of her day to sit with my girlfriend and I in the waiting room for a bit, talk with us about the car further and just continued her trend of friendly, attentive and genuine customer service. Missy was also an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in explaining everything about the loan, the terms, extended warranty and GAP coverage. Without her knowledge I would not have been able to make as informed a decision as I did, and I felt a lot more confident about my purchase after speaking with her. The car did need a little bit of work before it was ready to come home with me. Morgan has gone above and beyond to document the work (she sent me pictures of the work in process to my cell phone) and keep me up to date on what we were waiting on and why. It was hard to wait for something I wanted so badly but because I could see the care and quality of work being performed it was a lot easier to wait. This is the first car purchase I have made on my own, and the first I've made in the last 10 years. Although it was a bit of a drive from my home (roughly an hour and a half one way), I would absolutely make that trip ten times over knowing the level of service and care I'd receive when dealing with anyone at Northend Motors. This purchase was one of the easiest and least stressful I have made in my life, given the size of it. These guys are the real deal and I have confidence they will consistantly deliver that customer service experience over and over. More

Experience was very positive. The only issue was in trying to transfer my plates from previous vehicle and the time it took to resolve but overall I would recommend this dealership to friends/family. I have 30 years experience managing the Dealer Finance Dept. for my bank , so I'm accustomed to my local dealers rolling out the red carpet for me when I go car shopping. But I live near Seattle, 3000 miles from North End Motors, so they didn't know me at all. I liked that they provided the CarFax report right up front attached to the Autotrader.com listing. I dealt with Morgan Curtis who is absolutlely top notch, and ranks with the best car people I know. Friendly, helpful, professional, she returns emails and phone calls promptly, and follows through and does what she says she will do. As I was buying the car from across the country, she had their service dept send me a detailed video of the car, happily arranged the independent inspection I requested, helped get the vehicle shipped to me, and then checked to make sure I was happy with it after it arrived. Morgan impressed me every step of the way, and treated me as well as dealers that I have known for decades! This is how car buying should be. More

Rob in services went out of his way to take car of a problem that was abandoned by another dealership. My seat heater stopped functioning and after repeated attempts at finding the problem, the OTHER d problem that was abandoned by another dealership. My seat heater stopped functioning and after repeated attempts at finding the problem, the OTHER dealership gave up. Rob spoke with the service manager and they agreed to do a total electrical diagnostic to find the problem. They got me a rental car and within 3 days they seat heater was fixed at no charge to me. I would recommend North End Motors service department and in particular Rob as a service advisor to anyone who is experiencing a difficult service issue with another dealer. They got it right! More
