Online we saw they had the same year and model car we had liked at a dealership close to home and the price was a few thousand lower and had more options than we had seen on the other car. We also were interested in looking at another model car they had there. We were greeted by Shea when we arrived and he was very friendly and he answered all our questions and went with us on a few test drives. He was extremely helpful in helping us look at vehicles in our price range with desired mileage and options we wanted. The finance person was also extremely friendly and helpful. Since it was a Sunday and the following day was a holiday we could not drive the car off the lot and would not be able to take possession of the car until Tuesday. That posed a problem with our work schedules and having the dealership 45 minutes away. Shea and Terrell delivered the car to us at our home on Tuesday. It was an overall excellent experience and we are now the owners of a gorgeous car whose Kelly Blue Book value is actually three thousand dollars more than we purchased the car for. I highly recommend Shea and North End Motors. More

Great Buying Experience I came to North End Motors in search of a new car with less than perfect credit. Trying to finance a car with not so great credit tends to be quite the inconvenience. So, when I didn't get approved for the car I had originally been interested in I was once again disappointed. I left the dealership trying to figure out what I'd do next. Shortly after leaving, I received a call from Ryan Ploof letting me know that although I wasn't approved for my first choice he was able to get me approved for a different car. He listened to what I liked/wanted and got me into a car that I would love. He was more than helpful throughout the rest of the buying process and extremely nice! The service advisor Rob Price is always very professional and very knowledgeable whenever I talk with him. He is an excellent service advisor who takes the time to explain any issues and answer any questions. Painless Deal I first made contact with this dealership via their website. I arranged to test drive a super clean and low mileage Mustang GT convertible. I was greeted by Phillip who is very friendly, outgoing and has a professional demeanor. I test drove the car and liked it. We danced the negotiation dance and we could not come to a deal. I found another convertible on their lot that represented a better value and we quickly made a deal on the car. This vehicle is nearly in showroom condition, has the original manufacturers and is a great value. It was priced right from the start so we didn't have play the start high haggle to reasonable game that is so often played in the used car business. I will do business with these people again and recommend my friends and family. More
