I was actually helping my son look for/buy this Jeep, since he lives/works in NH. From the moment that I walked in, everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Carly was fun to work with, and at no time was she pushy while I was looking at the Jeep. They even let me drive it up to NH to let my son have a test drive. Carly made sure to follow up on any questions or concerns, and she did a great job reaching out to me throughout the sale. The purchase process was just as easy, and Carly was very patient with my credit union, who dropped the ball numerous times during the loan process. Carly even drove the vehicle an hour and a half up to NH to deliver it to my son. Overall though, a great car buying experience. More

He was also very knowledgable about the specs of the car we purchased. He also went above and beyond after our purchase. The car only came with be key, which is difficult because the durango citadel key with auto start is important to the operation of the car. Phillip chased up auction sites for over a week and a half trying to find the spare key- and after a lot of effort was able to find it. We were very happy with this follow up -which all occurred after the sale was done. Would definitely buy from north end motors again. More

Leap of Faith! As I had been searching for my next car, I came across North End Motors and found that their prices were very reasonable. I made an appointment to take a look at a Jeep Patriot at 7:30 pm. North End Motors closes at 8 pm and even though I walked into the dealership 20 minutes before closing, everyone was still very eager to help me and welcomed me with smiles on their faces. Carly was actually the first person to greet us and assured us that we were in the right place! I told her that I was interested in one specific car that I had seen on the website and she was not pushy for me to look at any others. As I took it for a test drive, Carly explained all of the benefits of purchasing with North End Motors, like the fact that all cars are completely serviced, detailed, and "fixed" before you drive away. They have a program called We Owe You, where once you purchase the car, you write down all of the things you would like to be checked or done before taking it home. I also brought in my current car to have it appraised for a trade-in and was very satisfied with the appraisal. It was fair and in the range that I expected it to be. Carly was very personable and genuine, I did not feel as though she was trying to haggle me or rip me off. We were able to come to an agreement and I am very pleased with the purchase of my new (new to me) 2012 Jeep Patriot Limited! Thank you Carly & North End Motors for being so accommodating! More

North End motors are your go to guys. They are a reliable dealer that beats out all of their competition. I went to quirk before north end and they told me a 2008 nissan altima coupe with 87k on it for 15000 was a great buy. and to help me they would knock off 3000. Honestly don't waist your time with people trying to "help" you by knocking off 3000. Quirk plays that game all day. Just go somewhere that thrives off integrity and will sell you a no BS price. More
